The villa is a distance away from the airport, this means expensive transfers if you are going to use taxi. If driving then its ok, being on the villa was heavenly the beach was practically ours - weather was amazing and staff super friendly

Plenty of choice and very tasty breakfast, delivered early every single morning , were able to make a few changes when needed

It's a bit of a bubble experience. Last stretch is a narrow winding road to reach the property. There's not much around the property so you have to drive everywhere, including the beach. There is small beach just below the property, very close, but it's not very nice. It has few sunbathing beds and umbrellas, so it's usable in a pinch. There are few nice beaches reachable by car in 10 to 15 minutes.

Spacious apartment, well kept. Spotless clean, tastefully furnished and well kept. Breakfast that was served was awesome. Great attention to details by the hosts. Very kind and accommodating.

This is the perfect holiday apartment, absolutely splendid facilities and so comfortable, also great lighting. Amazing breakfasts courtesy of the ever smiling Nina. Everything is 10/10. I wish everywhere had such high standards in a place where we can be very independent travellers.

Apart from 1 evening when a group stayed for 1 night in an adjacent villa and were a bit loud, there is nothing else negative to say.

The villas are perfect for relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life, work and the stresses of the big cities.

We had the most amazing time. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Chara at the reception/office made us feel so special and always had the best tips for beaches and other things to do. She really took time for us, connected with our son and made him fell so welcome. Nina, who brought us our breakfast every morning also had the most positive energy you can think of. I read about her in other reviews before we went and when we met her I fully understood what people meant :) The staff throughout the resort really knows how to make guest feel welcome and are so helpful whenever you need something. We had a villa with heated pool and the place was just so beautiful, clean and really well taken care of. We cant wait to plan out next summer vacation at Villa D'Oro.

Excellent amenities and the junior suite exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless, the room was very well equipped and comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pool was also just across our room and we loved spending our afternoons there by the pool bar! The breakfast was great with loads of options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. There is also free wifi and private parking available for the guests of the hotel. It's obvious that this is a very well thought of establishment that takes their customers' needs very seriously. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Nina, Chara, Giannis and everyone we dealt and spoke with were all amazing. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will definitely come again when we are back in Halkidiki! 😊
