Very nice room with view to the see. The stuff was great and the breakfast was classic but ok. It's very close to the beach and also to the centre of Sarti.

Everything was fantastic, the hosts are kind and very hospitable, the location is very close to the beach and the city center, many taverns, supermarkets. Sarti is a very beautiful city and the sea is warm, calm, crystal clear and incredibly blue.Thanks to our hosts.

Very kind hosts with care to the guests. Very good maintained garden, swim pool. There is free parking in the garden of the hotel and the Sarti beach is only 3-5 minutes by foot from the hotel. The central part is a little bit far (10-15 min by foot to the farest restaurant), but that is good for these people that want to be far from the crowds and their noise.

Roadway is near so it could be a little bit noisy, especially at night if you sleep with open windows.

Breakfast was tasty and diverse enough. Beach was very close. Hosts were very kind and always ready to help. Pool was clean and convenient for families with small children.

The choice of food for breakfast was very poor, and the owners seem to monitor how much you eat. Even though the menu is poor, the same type of food is served every day.

The rooms are renovated recently, and in good condition. I also liked the peace in the backyard.

It is pretty clean and well maintained facility. The owners were friendly and always there ready to do their best to help us out with our needs. Sarti has two kilometers long beach and this place is about right in the middle which we liked because we were never far away from one end to the other.

It was a little bit noisy in view of the nearby road traffic of which we were not aware beforehand.

Noise from the road during the night with windows open. Many mosquitos around the pool and in the balcony. Rooms however have nets.

the main road is little to close to the house and you can hear the cars running in the night - it is nothing scary, but it can be annoying sometimes

Breakfast was excellent and very delicious, with a lots of options where you can find salty or sweet - and 5 types of greek Salad have made it even more delicious.It is on walking range to the village ~ 1 km and the beach is ~500 meters

We unfortunately didn't get what we reserved. We were put in an other hotel in new sarti the hotel name was Sarti Bay Inn, and was told that we can eat at Vergina Pension Breakfast. Sarti Bay Inn wasn't bad, but we didn't get want we payed for in advance. Can't say much about how was my stay because I wasn't 5 nights in Vergina Pension. They said booking had something wrong and we need to be in Sarti bay. That other place was far away from the city, we needed to walk almost half an hour to center. Everything was weird from the getgo. But Sarti bay inn was fine place but far away and not what I payed via booking.

The room is small for 2 adults+2 children, it's not enough space to put your luggage and walk arround. It gets hot during the nigth and even though the AC is very efficient, it blows strait to the children's beds. It is very noisy from the street and the old refrigerator that runs all night. The bed mattress is deformed. The breakfast is a bad joke. The same low quality products every morning and if you want a boiled egg (the only egg option available) you have to boil it yourself using a small egg boiller. The options are limited and served in small quantities such as 3-4 thin slices for more than 4 people at once. The coffee is just brown hot water and the juice tastes like pills. Location is not that great, it is far from the centre and restaurants but close to the beach(5min walk). We stayed there for 9 nights and they clean the room one time after 5 nights. They don't even take the garbage out or at least sweep the floor. It doesen't matter how careful you are, the sand from de beach still ends up on the sheets and it's very unpleasant to sleep on the sand. Even though there is a mosquito net and I use it still were many mosquitoes in the room. The wi-fi connection is poor. The host is unkind and and is not receptiv at guest's requests.

The room was clean, it has a nice view to the sea. Swimming pool was perfect for the children. There are two big balcony, but cannot be used till 12-13 am because is very sunny and hot. The bathroom is very big and the shower also, but there is no shower curtain and the floor is getting very slippery after you take a shower.
