Great location by the sea. Plenty of room for sunbathing on really comfortable sun beds. The villa is equipped with everything. We arrived late on a Sunday night and they had kindly left food and drinks. Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful.

It was a shame the area near the villa was a bit run down, which is no fault of the villa itself and doesn’t devalue the experience.

Very spacious with lots of seating areas inside and outside. Great facilities- supermarket close. Quiet and private and only a few steps to the sea. Beach was very rocky so helpful hint - buy some beach shoes.

The villa is even better than the photos show. It is right on the beach and lovely to watch people swimming or wandering past. It is spotlessly clean, with lots of lovely extra touches and thought gone into it. You can tell that the owners really care. Vaso, the host is amazing! She can not do enough for you, always ready to help if you need her. The pool is perfect, just the right size and in a fantastic position. The inside of the villa is just a lovely and the perfect size for 6 people. Vlose to a large supermarket and a few restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends!

MOZZIES..... villa provided plug inside, but beware that you will most likely get bitten (7 in one night for me! - never bitten before!) Local kids were in the pool (only once on our 1st day when we returned from lunch until we encouraged them out)

Lovely, quiet location. Beautiful views. Villa is very comfortable, and the outside space is excellent. Bath and pool towels are provided. Good kitchen utilities. Great shower! Aircon was a welcome relief to the recent heat! PEBBLE BEACH.... you will need beach shoes. The pebbles are hot. There is sand about 10 feet into the sea. Swimming/floating here is lovely and uncrowded and quite literally, a few steps from the villa. SUPERMARKET: Spar shop, well stocked, 2 minute walk. BUS TO RHODES: runs every(ish) 30 minutes but be aware that they are often full and you will need to wait for the next one HOWEVER- there is a private bus (same fare) which runs from the Avra Beach resort (4/5 minute walk) Pop inside, buy your ticket from the bus desk on the right. They are very helpful and run on time. PHILLIPS BAR: 2 minute walk, on the road behind the villa. Sam and Steve are very accommodating and friendly. The food is great, and do try the cocktails if this is your thing. Best beer (local mythos or zythos) prices we found. I can not recommend this villa enough. Beautiful sunrise, sunsets. Great facilities. Good communication. Cant wait to return.

This is a beautifully decorated, new and modern villa situated right on the beach in Ixia close to local ammenities with fantastic views of the sea and coastline. Ixia main centre was a 10-15 minute walk and Ialyssos was approximatley 25 minute walk. There are some bars and restaurants much closer than this if you wish. Vaso was an excellent host, friendly and helpful with communication before, and during our stay being really good. Our only regret is that we stayed for 11 nights only and not longer! If you are looking for a place in the Ixia / Ialyssos area of Rhodes, I would definitely recommend the villa for a wonderful stay.

We loved everything about this Villa. Location is absolutely amazing. One minute youre tiptoeing your way to the pool like Gary Oldman in a role of a lifetime and the next your in the ocean like Milla Jovovich in Blue Lagoon 2. The host was amazingly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. If you are planning on going to Rhodes you can only hope to be so lucky this amazing villa has vacancy because it truly is the only way to visit Rhodes.

The house is amazingly beautiful! It's at a great location -- right in front of the sea, yet in a quiet & not windy spot. It's brand new, nicely furnished with everything you need, and a great relaxing swimming pool. It is 2 mins away from a supermarket, 10 mins with a car from the historical center of Rhodes, 5 mins walking from the surf spot --- all in all --- perfect house. The owners were very kind, helped us with everything we needed, and brought us a box of sweets (Thank you a loot). Totally worth it!
