When I booked on Booking.com I got about 16-17% Getaway Deal (You're getting a reduced rate because this property is offering a discount.), and I got 15% Genius2 discount (You're getting a reduced rate because you're a Genius member.) When I got home and I saw the amount of the payment I noticed that unfortunately none of the discounts were applied. To my displeasure Booking.com asked me for a screen shot (who does that????) and none of the discounts were recognised :( :( :(

The WiFi was awful, however was told that this was a network issue. It is quite far from everything (which is great of you want a remote and quiet trip) but we did not realise just how expensive taxis to and from anywhere would be. The rooms were lovely, but not as thoroughly cleaned as they should have been - floors were quite dirty.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The views were incredible all day long, especially for sunset. The breakfast was divine. The rooms were beautiful and well decorated. It was a quieter hotel which was perfect for what we needed.

My only complaint would be the location. It's far from any kind of public transportation and even getting there by car from the centre can be difficult due to steep hills and bad roads.

The staff were great and hotel was new and clean. I would argue the hotel looks even better in person. Breakfast was good too.

Really small details but a room for late check out to get changed would be good, had to get changed in the toilets. Soap dish to put soap on instead of the side, bigger towels. Food is so nice it would be great to have a little more selection.

The staff and hotel are amazing and beautiful so kind and helpful. Feeling of home away from home. would for sure go back.

It is a pitty there is not a standard restaurant with “big” menu in walking distance. But the advantage of being distant from noise of crowds was much more :). You could still get some snacks like sandwiches/toasts/salads from the hotel bar.

Very quiet area of the island, the staff was very helpful and really nice, comfortable room with big bed, very cool view from the pool side where we were also served breakfasts. The hotel has very high standard - luxurious

The location is quite remote - better to have your own transport.

Stylish hotel with super views, plus excellent service and a friendly welcome from both Angela and Vladyslava. Nothing was too much trouble. Delighted to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. Pool area was lovely too. Thank you to all.
