Loved everything about the property!

Amazing property, friendly staff and the most helpful. It was so easy to get around Mykonos and having the WhatsApp option to arrange transfers and other services by messaging the hotel was really convenient. The staff were so lovely and upgraded our room as our flights were delayed and they wanted to cheer us up! The room was absolutely amazing as well as the views. The charges for the driver to take us around Mykonos was really reasonable and there was lots of variety in pool menu which we were able to use for the room service as well. Local shops were nearby as well the beach clubs and Cavo. Definitely recommend! Will be back for sure :)

The buffet breakfast was not the best but the a la' carte options in the restaurant or the food you can order poolside was great so it didn't matter.

The hotel, the pool and the staff were exceptional. The service was unbeatable and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

You don't have enough places to hang your towel. I had to leave & go home.

I enjoyed the staff who are attentive to your needs. The suggestions of places to visit for first-timers! I love the privacy of the room that I was in and my view. I definitely will make this my vacation to go, too.

Everything is rather expensive but that’s the price you have to pay for such an experience

We already appreciated the suites and the overall feel of the place. We were coming here for the 2nd year in a row and got upgraded to an even nicer suite. The personnel is always very nice and helpful. The view is just stunning. Nice clubbing options right across the street. What more could you want?

Everything was perfect

My wife and I booked a beach view room with jacuzzi and it was wonderful, exceeding our expectations. We stayed in Athens, Santorini, Paros and Mykonos and the Tropicana accommodations and staff in Mykonos was the BEST. The personable staff and wonderful resort made our stay most memorable.

Beds were a bit rough to sleep on. Not many food options around the property and we did not particularly like the hotel food. You will definitely need a quad/other transportation to travel and explore the city centre and the rest of the island.

We are young couple travelling and the property is right next door Tropicana Beach Club. Upon entry, we also mentioned we stayed at the property and was granted free entry to the beach club. Property facilities such as the gym and the pool were modern and added to our guest experience. Shower pressure in room was 10/10 especially from all the late nights out in Mykonos.

The mani / pedi treatment at the spa was not good. Gelish application was very bumpy and pedicure treatment incomplete. Spa is beautiful, but the service was a bit of a let down compared to the normal standard of the place.

Exceptional service from the Staff - everyone going out of their way to make the stay great. Rooms were amazing. Amenities well kept Private pool was also very well kept Perfect stay!!! Great attention to detail all around Breakfast was a good selection of delicious food
