Loved everything. It’s a lovely apartment with interesting artworks. Tomis greeted us warmly and gave us some excellent tips about the location. We even bumped into him at dinner and he came to chat. Would definitely return.

Appartment has all what a family of 4 needs. Very clean, large terace with the view, shops, restaurants and transports (bus, metro, port) all nearby. Tomis greeted us personally and gave us many good hints.

Good location between the marina and the port. A good place to stay before departing for the islands and you want a break from the hustle and bustle of touristy Athens. Tomais was very generous with his time explaining everything and tips on where to go. Comfortable and quiet,safe location too. Plus we caught up on some tv. Bed was comfy and place was spotless. Had our morning coffee on the terrace with yummy baked goods from around the corner.

Tomis greeted us at the door with a smile; he also speaks excellent English. In the apartment he has tried hard to think of everything one might need for a comfortable stay, such as a small selection of tea, coffee, butter, jam, oil, herbs for cooking; and toiletries in the shower room. The balcony is spacious with a better view than the pictures show. The location was very convenient for us, with shops and the marina all close by and an easy walk to the cruise port to board our ship.

Tomis Sea View Apartment is a great place with amazing localization. The host is extremely nice and very helpful. He was waiting for us even though our plane had a long delay and we arrived late at night. He explained everything to us and we could contact him with any questions during our stay.

Bathroom doesn’t feel small for me, it is very well designed, very comfortable to use. I would say it’s good for most average height people, but if you are very tall you might find the space a bit snug, nothing of a deal breaker though, again I don’t personally think it’s small at all, don’t let this stop you from booking.

It is THE BEST place I stayed in Greece including mainland and islands and 5 star hotels that are much higher in price, this place is absolutely perfect! 1. Very quiet which is a must for me when choosing a stay. Both the roads and the neighbours are quiet. 2. Clean, spotless clean. 3.Beds are very comfortable, I had refreshing good sleeps, two separate real rooms, air conditioned. Washing machine, nice and big balcony for air drying clothes. 4. Shower temperature and water pressure is good. It would be helpful if the shower head can be tilted but no big deal I managed to make it work and had nice and warm showers. 5. Facilities overall look better than how they are in the photos, modern and clean, bright, attention to details are amazing, sometimes apartments can look nice on picture but not actually functional, not this one, this apartment has every detail perfect, from the non splashing kitchen tap to a full length shower curtain(some other hotels we stayed has half curtains so water comes out everywhere). 6. The host is super nice, met us and handed over the keys, showed us around, prepared bread,butter, coffee, drinking water etc. Well equipped full kitchen. I would 100% recommend this place and will come back here whenever I’m in Greece.

Tomis was very friendly, meeting us at the door and explaining everything in the apartment. Had a large balcony and washing machine. Having come off a 7 day cruise and heading on a 14 day one the next day, was great to get washing done and dried in the sun. Attention to detail was great. There were butter and condiments. Tomis had put a great deal of thought into what guests may need. We were not due to cruise port until 4pm and we were able to stay in apartment until then. Tomis even drove us to terminal! Close to markets, coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay again

Nothing not to love

Incredible, comfortable, clean apartment. The views from the huge terrace were phenomenal. Nothing has been forgotten in the apartment, including good coffee and good bedding/pillows. Wi-Fi was excellent. Host is very friendly / accommodating. Having been to Athens several times, I have never stayed in this neighborhood and I very much enjoyed the peaceful, yet full of restaurants and main necessities that it provided. It was extremely convenient for those looking to stay before heading to the islands (ferry very close). Going into the city center is quite easy too.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, and I loved the smart compartmentalization of the space. The location was perfect, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the city center. All good. The shower could be bigger ( for taller people).

The view was great. The decoration was stylish and all equipment was very modern and in good condition. All toiletries were very modern and soaps and alln were available. Bathroom was also very functional and well designed even if small. Also, the host was very flexible and considerate.

Tomis is the best host you can wish. Very helpful with all our questions, 24/7, and knows all the good places to eat and to visit. The appartment was absolutely spotless and very nicely decorated. Finishing/painting houses is my job and tomis his appartment is beautifully done to the last detail. It is very close to the port for easy acces to the beach and the island ferrys which for us was great especially in a big crowded city. It was a pleasure!
