There is nothing to not like.

What we loved about the room is the cleanliness, the host and as well the staff are friendly and very helpful in need. The hotel is new and it has everything you need and it is located in the best possible place of Chania where you can find everything you need in a walking distance. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed in Crete/Chania We thank Spiros for hosting us and making our stay comfortable.

We loved ours stay at Theta. George was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived at the hotel and gave us great recommendations. It was also very convenient that there is lots of free parking right in front of the hotel since we had a car. The location was great, right by seafront restaurants/cafes and 1 minute from the old town. Would highly recommend!

Definitely the best view of Chania, we had amazing moments from our balcony. The location is very great, close to many bars and restaurants, during the night was very quiet and room instalations are very new and modern, I would recommend Theta for sure!

The room was new, clean and very comfortable. The daily room clean, fresh towels and robes made for a luxurious stay. Staying during a heat wave meant that the complimentary water and excellent air conditioning were well appreciated. The owner was so friendly, meeting us at the door and giving local knowledge and recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at this well located and hospitable property. The brothers who own the hotel are remarkable hosts who made our stay special. The room was perfect with a view of the old city walls as well as the sea. We would highly recommend this hotel.

There isn't much that could be improved! It depends very much on your personal preferences, but you could feel that the breakfast could be improved. It is not about quality, but choice and variety could alter. But hey - there are a lot of options available nearby and one can chosse from a huge number of restaurants serving breakfast in all national tasts.

Hospitality of our hosts was way more than waht you can usually expect. Whenever we asked, someone was almost sprinting to help us. Any question was asnered with outmost friendliness and it was genuine, not only because we were paying guests. It felt like being part of the family! The hotel itself is situated next to old town and harbour, wlaking is the easiest way to experience a bit of the city spirit. From the apartment you get a stunning view, especially in evening light situations. Recommended for two adults!

Theta Boutique is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Our host, Spiros, has been helpful from the very beginning, arranging everything from the cleaning of my suit (done in a very short time so that I could use it for a wedding without lifting a finger) to organizing a taxi. The hotel room was 11/10 and it is perhaps the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. High standards overall and an incredibly comfortable bed. Here, you stay right in the heart of everything, with all important amenities within a short distance. The entire experience has been excellent from start to finish! If you are going to Chania, stay here - no doubt.

Great new small hotel located just outside the old city. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and with a beautiful view. Spiros is an amazing host he helped us to find a dentist appointment in emergency!

Location is top notch. The service was even better. Spiros went out of his way for us consistently and he was super friendly. The only thing that could improve was that the curtains are not black out so you’ll need to sleep with an eye mask if the sun bothers you in the morning Book here if you want a really good value for location and to support a family business that cares.

Construction work taking by next door woke us up early each morning. Not the properties fault - just bad luck for timing.

Very comfortable bedroom with modern stylish amenities and beautiful view of the harbour. Everything was clean and easy to use. Perfect walking distance into the old town.

Nothing to do with the room itself or service, but it was difficult to sit on the balcony in the afternoon because the sun was hitting you directly. It would be nice if there could be a shade to protect oneself. No big deal, really. The place is amazing.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the room was very nice. Very modern and clean unit. They provided water daily which we drank all the time. They qere very helpful in helping us with the luggage as there was no lift. Free Parking was conveniently located across the hotel. Easy to way to all locations in Chania, but on a very quiet street.

Our stay at the Theta Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless and clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. The modern furniture and decor added to the overall pleasant experience. The housekeeping staff was very professional and efficient. The owner, Spyros, was extremely friendly and welcoming, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The area around the hotel was quiet and hospitable, perfect for rest and relaxation. Additionally, it was conveniently located near all the shops and services. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

This was an amazing place to stay in and I wish I’d booked for longer. The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed with a waterfront view. Everything was high quality, from the super comfortable bed, beautiful linen and towels, and designer lighting. The location (overlooking the ramparts of the old town) was perfect. There was a little bit of external noise but none from other rooms.
