Our host waited for us on parking lot near the apartment, helped with luggage :) The location is perfect, there is a beautiful terace with sea view, but the price of the view are stairs to the apartment. We didn't mind those, because the apartment was perfect, clean, modern, with everything you need for your stay. It looks even better then on pictures :) Host was super nice, she helped us with everything, recommendations for restaurants, beaches. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Nothing. Sophie and Theo have thought of everything, it is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Perfectly located in the old town just below the fort and above the harbour, where there is plenty of cheap parking. From the lovely balcony terrace you can watch ferries coming and going, and it’s a very short walk to the busy old town high street with restaurants, gift shops and fantastic supermarket.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment, with amazing view. Very close to the ancient fortress. Host is very kind and helpful. Recommend to anyone, who want to visit Kavala and northern Greece.

The apartment is spacious. Facilities are more than enough. Refrigerator is big. There is a capsule coffee machine and also some capsules. The host, Sophie and Theofilos are very kind. We loved our stay

Perfect location in the old town- near to restaurants and sightseeing. I liked especially that the host took us with our luggage from the parking to the house, and provided inside tips on where to go for lunch :-)

You need to climb stairs to get to the apartment so I wouldn't recommend it for people who find it difficult to walk. For us it was no problem. Parking is paid but quite close.

The owners are a very nice and friendly couple. They drove us with our luggage from the parking place to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, very clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location in the old town and convenient for sightseeing. Excellent views! Many options for breakfast/coffee, lunch and dinner around. The lady also gave us recommendations and offered any help, if needed.

The house is situated in a very nice location. It is clean, spacious and invites sun inside, from every corner of the house. The living area and the terrace are quiet and beautifully decorated to meet the needs of the guests. Bonus -the view from the terrace is exceptional! Owners are very kind, hospitable and responsive people.

Due to the fact that building is old you can hear the sound of people walking in the upper apartment. For us it was not an issue as we were renting both apartments.

Everything was as described in the booking.com. Sophie is a really good host, really ensuring you have everything you need. Apartments are renovated and have all you need for a few night stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. View from the terrace is breath taking.

The stairs, but this is given…

The view was exceptional!! If you don’t mind the stairs and if you prefer privacy to the extent that no one is cleaning, it is excellent! Sophie and her husband are great hosts indeed!! There are toiletries, fresh towels, coffee, sugar, salt, kitchenware and cleaning products provided as well. One could park in the old town however spots are limited which is expected considering the location.

The apartment is like in the pictures. The hosts are really nice, helpful and provide also the transfer from the parking place to the unit. The parking place is safe and payed(8E per day), but is very close to the accommodation. The unit has the most amazing view to the sea, harbour, city, mountains. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you need in a kitchen, bath, etc. The place is comfy and clean. We will sure came again!
