The location was not the best

The rooms were very new and modern, separate bedroom ,lounge breakfast bar and small kitchen area, shower and separate toilet . An fantastic breakfast was severed in your room

Its location is relatively far from the town centre, an easy 25-minute walk. However, a metro station is really close by.

Staff was great and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Surprisingly, room facilities were really well.

the wifi didn't work, the bed was too low on the floor, the room is too small especially since breakfast is expected to be served in it, so there is not enough space to store things

You could see when someone was using the toilet or shower from the bedroom because there was no proper door, just some glass door

We were slightly disappointed that the spa could not accommodate couples massages, and therefore we did not make use of these facilities. The roof restaurant was also under refurbishment which we only found out during our stay. The breakfast was disappointing as the selection was the same daily, sometimes the bread was very hard and it was clear that everything else was reheated a few times over. Perhaps this was due to the restaurant being refurbished though. Lastly, on some mornings the street noise was extremely loud and sound proofing was sometimes an issue.

We loved the design, the rooms were well equipped and very clean. Location was great for us as we had the flexibility of a rental car, so the guest parking was fantastic for us also! Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The designer house and interior is not exactly practical. The shower does not work, since it does not drain at all and it spills out all over the floor. The bathroom is in the room so no privacy. No bin in the bathroom and no mirror at the not very practical washbasin - so impossible to shave. I don't know, why it is called an apart hotel, you literally can't use the kitchen since there are no tools, pans etc and only 2 sets of cuttlery. It is not comfy to only have 2 bar stools. The sofa bed is very hard. The tale of breakfast on the roof is not true, since the rooftop is a building place. There is no lock at the door inside which made us feel very unsafe! The street is very loud and especially on Wednesday when there is the market you can't sleep long. The breakfast is mediocre and not what we expected. If I would have wanted an apartment, I would have booked cheaper and more practical. This was supposed to be an hotel, but for the quality it is too expensive. So either this or that! The surroundings of the hotel is full of homeless people, drug addicts. Not very nice!

The location is ok, near the Metro near to nice restaurants. The house is brandnew. Safe parking. Staff partly is very friendly and helpful. You can check in via code.

They handled the late booking efficiently by contacting me immediately after the booking by phone and WhatsApp. Solved our problem caused by another property.

The location even though it is centered and not far from most of the destinations in Athens but the neighborhood was not quite safe - it is better to always take a taxi and avoid walking around especially if you are with family and kids - not really safe

The area is a bit cheassy. I really dont care bout it and didnt felt threaten, but just to know the area is as such. Aside of that, all what great.

The hotel is very well located, the room is perfect and clean. I came for work, so I left early and could taste the breakfast. But its a place I would chose to come back again.

The hotel’s location is in a very run down area - while the interior and exterior of the hotel is lovely, unfortunately the surrounding streets are not.

The rooms were simple but well equipped with all you should need for your stay. Close proximity to the Metaxourgeio Metro stop (approx. 5 mins on foot)

The bed is too low (on the floor), not very convenient access to the storage, some noise outside on a street on Friday evening. Breakfast is mostly bread and cookies nothing hot or healthy except one piece of fruit.

The kitchen contains all you need for a short stay, the personnel are very nice and helpful, located 5-7mins from the metro station, some small stores nearby (close to the metro station) open late.

The area around the hotel does not offer anything for tourists. You can walk to the busy, popular places if you want, but the route Google Maps suggested was not a great option, as the area around Omonia Square (about 10 minutes) should better be avoided by pedestrian tourists. In the area around the hotel itself, we always felt safe, though.

The hotel lies in a quiet street, so you can have a good sleep. The room was very spacious, equipped with all thar you need for a couple of nights. If you have a car to park safely during your stay in Athens, this hotel is a great option. Breakfast is good, but nothing special. On Wednesday mornings, there is a fruit, vegetables, fish market right in front of the hotel.
