Bathroom shower is not enclosed and each time the shower head was used this would leave a lot of water on the floor, near the sink and on the toilet seat. Very messy. We kindly requested extra towels to maintain this space tidy. Would have found this to be more inconvenient for a longer stay.

Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes the whole duration of the stay, I could not get it out of there. The bed was a bit too soft

Our flight was in the evening, so we asked hosts to leave the key in the locker. Check in process was very smooth. The room was comfy and it had everything we needed. The location is not bad, however not close to metro stations.

The bed is made of two mattresses, so there is a hole in the middle, the TV remote control is broken (middle wheel), the toilet bowl is cracked, there is no partition in the shower to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom.

Air conditioning was a nightmare to work with and was not working properly so we were sweated at nights because of it. The so called Double bed were twin beds placed next to each other with mattress topper. Since the mattresses did not zip together we kept on falling through the middle. Not the best set up for couples

During check in I stayed out the gate for more than 30 minutes and the host could not respond to the text I sent although I was late the scheduled time.

Had to wait with my wife and hence loads of luggage outside the hotel for more than 1.5 hours after which I was given instructions on the phone as to where to locate the key and what the room number is. No-one was picking up the calls and also the emergency number was barred for incoming calls. The guy who later answered the call apologised though, so I guess overall it's okay. The check in system should be a bit more user friendly and staff should be readily available for any assistance. Rest all's fine.

Self check in system isn't the best for guests from abroad as the only way to check in is to call and with roaming prices, it can get quite expensive because the call needs to be 4 5 minutes long. If the self check in system worked differently (guests getting the necessary info for self check in beforehand), perhaps it would be better. There was no hand soap in our room.

WiFi in the room was good and beds were comfy. Location was okay, considering how close the bus station is.

we couldn’t check in until past 3pm which was unfortunate after travelling with cases ect. also there wasn’t a reception or anything you had to call a number to get into the building and get our keys. Rooms weren’t cleaned in between nights only when we arrived.

i really liked the interior with room with the view of the road was cool. the bed was super comfy it was the best night sleep I had in ages! In all the room was lovely and we had lovely stay.

There is no front desk and you need to check in by phone call. I was not aware of that and did not have a working phone in Greece, so the check in process was terrible, I had to look for a shop twice and ask people to use their phone.
