Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located in the center, close to beaches and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the availability of parking was a great bonus. The breakfast offered was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Pool area needs a renovation or at least some cosmetic refreshment. Could be better with a bigger pool. Sound isolation is bad. Would be good to prolong breakfast until 11.00

Staff is amazing! They are very professional and care - ready to help with anything you need. The facilities are clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars, clubs. Not so far from the beach, but it's not the best beaches as the hotel in the city center (no problem though if you have a car to find better beach or drive to a village for real Greek food). Can't judge breakfast, as we never made to wake up before it ends. However there are plenty of places to get breakfast and great coffee in the area. Pool is good with nice natural shadows from the trees. Overall very nice stay and it's a super great 3 star hotel for sure!

The toilet seat and bathroom shower were very old. If those two can be changed then no other feedback for improvement.

The front of house was very well decorated, but feel the rooms did not compare and were quite basic. Just a little more detail would make quite a difference.

The location is perfect for everything. Shops, restaurants, bus stop all right outside. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and varied. The staff were lovely, friendly and informative.

It is not about disliking but the bath space was a bit small in our room.

Location, staff, cleaness, everything else was amazing. You can go to Heraklion city center by bus and the bus station is just a minute away. Hundreds of restaurants and shops are just a way of the hotel.

The hotel is simple, but well organized and clean. There are no moments to discuss as they are not worth :)

Everything was perfect. The location, rooms - very comfortable beds, air conditioner, good breakfast and dinner. Location is also good, although the hotel is on the main street, it is like inside the yard, abd it was quite silent at nights. It has its own pool and sunloungers behind the hotel. The staff is separate notice - professionals and very kind. We felt like we are inside big family. It was very warm :) And we will return here soon again already with kids.

It is very clean, comfortable and well decorated hotel. Even the price was absoluty reasonable. Honestly it was so cheap with booking.com. genius. There is something that makes this hotel very special. It is a beautiful lady in white in a breakfast room. Maybe she is a owner of the hotel (not sure). She serves every guest by herself in the morning with smile and kindness. Every staff is absolutely kind and nice. If I come to Creta again, I will definitely here.. The bathroom was a bit smelly and the gym needs some more modern equipment. But these are minor suggestions.

The hotel is very central located and the staff goes every extra mile to fullfill clients needs. Easy shopping possibilities and lesure offers in close access.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t dislike tbf.

We were there for a delayed honeymoon and was given an upgrade to a larger room,the location is good and very close to the beach, bars and shops. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. There was always someone on reception and the breakfast had a good choice and again very helpful staff. On a few evenings we finished with a dink at the bar and the barman was really friendly and looked after us.

I can not say anything bad about this place, the only problem was that the time was flying here so fast and we felt like we had to come home too early. Everything was perfect, hope we will have the possibility to come back soon.

The hotel is guided by a nice family, all the staff members are very kind and helpful. The hotel is just 50 metres from the sea, from the entrance and during breakfast you can see the seaside. The wifi and air condition works good and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is at the hotel and it contains various choices. The dinner, which is at an other 4* hotel very close, is truly tasty and amazing. The hotel is family-friendly, as I saw all the children had fun there, especially because of the cool swimming-pool. There is an elevator at the hotel so I recommend it to older people also.

There was a smell from the drainage system in our bathroom.

Great location 2min walk from the beach, very close to stores, restaurants and bus stop. Excellent staff, very polite, ready to help. Breakfast could be improved.
