This is by far the best accommodation I’ve ever visited. The apartment itself it clean and very nice. The garden, the pool and the facilities are amazing and the privacy is great. Athina is the best host you could wish for when on holiday. She’s very kind and helpful and made our holiday even better! 😁

We decided to celebrate our honeymoon in Greece/Albania. Casa del Mar was the perfect choice in Corfu! It is a beautiful, lovely and peaceful house, which shows the owner’s character. Athina was really friendly, kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to please us. We will definitely come back to the house and explore more the island. Thanks Athina! It is the most beautifull place of the island, very quiet and in front of the sea. The appartment is clean, the terrace and private swimming pool are wonderfull. The host is very nice, she came every date with Greek spécialities for the breakfast.

We liked everything!

So beautiful view, big terrace, heated swimming pool. All was better than we expected! Athina was amazing, all comunication, all little things that she did!!! We are more than thankful for everything!!!

A lot of bugs but that’s just nature finding it’s way around man made things and Athina did her best and cleaned the apartment every day. And there were extra flyscreen doors to the apartment.

Athina is the best! It was all the little things she did (like slippers for the house, lending us a sun umbrella for the beach etc.) and of course the big things like changing towels whenever necessary, cleaning the apartment and of course the cooking - just read all the other comments! The apartment is just the right size. The pool and view is great - also the big sun bed outside. We had a car to drive around (mostly the south part of) Corfu, where we found a lot of quiet empty beaches (beginning of May). The streets are narrow and bumpy but we didn’t mind.

Perfect in every way. Athina was the most kind and helpful person that we ever meet during our travels. Lovely welcome at our arrival. Each day Athina brought us delicious homemade greek food, moussaka, Chocolate cake and Crepes ,and left lots of fresh fruits , in the apartment, and many others things. The house was spoteless clean , the bed comfortable and the view is to die for. The apartment was cleaned every day. Casa del Mar is in a perfect location to explore the south and in front of a blue waters beach, close to lovely cafes and Tavernas. Kalami Beach Taverna was one of the most romantic places we have found for dinner. Modern spacious bathroom with a powerful shower. We really hope to return to spend more time in Corfu and in the beautiful Casa Del Mar. Thanks Athina for being so lovely and for made our stay a memorable one. Regards from Portugal

Casa del Mar was the perfect place to spend our Honeymoon. Athina was the kindest most incredible host we have ever had. She made us beautiful breakfast and other surprises most days which were delicious. The apartment was beautiful and clean and finished to a high standard with everything you needed to self cater if you so did wish. The location is excellent. Having your own private pool but having the option of walking 100m across the road to the sea was incredible. Beautiful sunsets can be watched across the sea from chilling beside the pool. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby so no need to cook if you didn’t want to. Athina arranged the most wonderful massage which we had outside by the pool, listening to the birds. Would highly recommend. A 10/10 experience and place to visit.

Nothing - Athina is an amazing host! Sad we had to leave.

The pictures don't do the place justice! This is a lovely apartment with gorgeous ocean views and luxurious amenities (It had everything we needed for our stay and more). We'd booked the studio apt but Athina gave us a free upgrade to the one bed apartment which was very kind of her. The best part of the stay was that Athina brought us delicious home cooked Corfiot food. It truly felt like home away from home (if home is luxurious sea view apartment!). I stayed at a 4 star resort after my stay with Athina, and this stay beat that by a longshot! I appreciate Athina for making our stay in Corfu special!

The apartment is perfect and there's a private small beach just across the road. The sea was so lovely and clear. We really loved staying there and can't wait to go back.

Had to leave

Athina is the perfect host. Everything else is excellent too, but she makes this place special. Everything has been planned to the last detail. The area is calm and the view beautiful. You need a car to get around but that is to be expected. Easy parking. The heated pool is perfect and if that is not enough, you also have the sea right there a few meters from the apartment. The place is extremely clean and well kept and Athina cleaned it every day. Her cooking is excellent and one of the things we will miss most!

Our host was georgious!!! We loved everything the place, the food, the hospitality! Many restaurants are just around the corner, you can go swimming in the sea and lay down on your sunbeds at the apartment or on the beach. Absolutely great place that we can recommend :-)

The location is perfect. You have a big enough house to stay in, well equipped kitchen and state of the art bathroom. The location is shaded by the sun on the lounge area and the pool is just big enough for a family. Our host was very kind and we had extremely pleasant interactions.

A small wish - I would like to see sunbeds near the sea too

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable clean apartment with swimming pool which is part of a large villa. The pool was small but clean and warm. Own private free parking. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from frying pans and olive oil to a coffee machine. The hostess was very kind and accommodating, every day she brought us pancakes. A gorgeous view of the sea, which is very close, a luxurious terrace with a sofa and comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing. Electric barbecue, additional shower on the terrace, slippers for corals. Everything is done with care and attention. The apartment made a very pleasant impression.

Athinas is wonderful host. she brought us warm pancakes made by herself and fresh strawberries. also later fresh eggs and moussaka. extremely nice and quiet place. take this place if you look for some peace. kids loved the pool.

We didn't want to go home after only 4 days. Athina's food was so delicious and nothing I could make will ever compare so I'm in trouble now. There are no direct flights from Boston MA USA but it's well worth the travel for a slice of heaven!!

Perfect from beginning to end. We live and work in cities and wanted peace, ocean, good food. It was better than expected. You could hear the gentle waves, beautiful ocean view. Despite an apartment on the right, and another above, it was very private and quiet. The apartment was much more spacious compared to a hotel room. Kitchen and bathroom (loved the spacious shower) were well equipped. Clean comfortable. We were tired from traveling and Athina made everything easy for us, doing our laundry, making dinner reservation (Kalami was amazing!!), providing us with bicycles, and saving the best for last, she made us the most delicious food which nearly brought tears to my boyfriend's eyes each day from happiness!! The pool was a great size for lounging around or even water aerobics and the pool deck bed was heavenly...to sit there with a nice cocktail and feel the warm breeze......... Already talking about how we can manage to go back someday...... Athina is genuinely wonderful and she thoughtfully designed a paradise. It's nice to be spoiled! We did rent a car because it's about 40 minutes from airport and wanted to visit other parts of Corfu. The property is walking distance to some restaurants and stores. You won't be disappointed :). I love Greek mythology too so even more perfect to have Athina as a host.

We couldn't have better place for spending in Corfu with my wife first time after 10 years without kids. The quite location, modern and clean villa with stunning views over the tourquoise see, private pool and great hospitality from the great host Athina makes it a real special and memorable place. We will come back with kids one day.

You cannot find any faults with Casa del Mar. It is perfection. We had a lovely, relaxing stay here and Athina took such loving care of us. My kids looked forward to seeing her and snacking on whatever she'd made that day. A host that goes above and beyond and a spotlesslesly clean, beautiful villa with everything you could need.
