"I had the most wonderful stay at Thalia Villa in Mykonos! The villa's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provided ample space for our group, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view over the sea – every morning, I woke up to the most stunning sunrise, and the evenings were equally enchanting with the tranquil sound of waves. The villa's proximity to Lia Beach was a major plus, as we could easily walk down to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. The overall ambiance was serene and relaxing, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the attentive staff made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The host was excellent and always quick to respond to any questions and happy to help. We liked the location of the villa: right by the Lia beach, you could see the beach from the terrace as it's only 5 minutes' walk away. It was easy to find the villa but it's certainly good to have a car to get there and also to explore the island. There is private outside parking at the house. The Lia beach is peaceful and not crowded, which is nice. There is a beach club and a restaurant too. And on some days if you felt like being somewhere more lively you could drive to the other beaches which are only a short drive away. The villa is beautifully decorated. There are three bedrooms, two with air conditioning, and the third one has a ceiling fan which helps a bit, but if outside temperatures are high, the room is hot at night even with the window open. There is no air conditioning in the living area but it can be well aired with keeping the terrace door open as well as the kitchen window (both have mosquito nets).There are two full bathrooms which is great, one en-suite (wc, sink, shower) and another separate bathroom (wc, sink, shower) with a washing machine. There is also an outside shower for getting sand off after the beach. The kitchen is very good, with a big fridge & freezer and a dishwasher. We made nice meals every day and it was comfortable to cook in the kitchen. But if you are a fan of grilling, you should know that there is no barbecue. The terrace is spacious and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening having dinner by the big table. There are many properties close to each other but the villa we stayed in was probably one of the most private ones. Overall our stay was excellent and we would warmly recommend staying at the villa.

I can't find a problem.

The villa is very comfortable, nicely furnished and with a fantastic terrace with sea-view. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect (one is en suite). There are oven, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine. The host is very very polite and he supports you with everything.

The only thing is the pillows, this is a normal thing in Greece to have very thin pillows. They offer no neck support, so I always have to grab a living room throw but other than that nothing was wrong.

This was the best location we stayed at in Greece but you MUST have a car. It's located nearly 30 mins from the Mykonos city/atmosphere life. We chose this because it was next to the beach and quiet. It was relaxing and the host was amazing. Helped order food for us and gave good recommendations for restaurants in town.

As the location is bit far from the town, you definitely need a car if you want to go to town.

The beds were a little hard and could have bit a bit better.

It was a beautiful quiet setting 100 metres from the beach and beach club. Peter the host was incredible. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we had everything we needed from beach chairs to breakfast to transportation. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back 😃👍🏼

It was all wonderful !

The location of the accommodation was wonderful and there was a wonderful view to the sea. Lia beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island and is 3 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. The owners were very feverish and we had everything we needed immediately. We will definitely be back for our next stay!

the pictures of the apartment were very well made but unfortunately it was basically a cellar with one window and one door. see my pictures for reference, The person meeting us was in time, kind and available but this is unfortunately where the good parts ended. the apartment was very small, quite humid and had basically no real windows in the rooms (in some rooms there was a 30x30 cm "hole" in the wall but one bedroom had not even that) except for 1 (one!). the "terrace" is not private and is basically an open space between the buildings where everybody could just walk through. The kitchen equipment was quite dirty when handed over to us and we had to wash everything again. at the end of our stay we also had a sewage water leak in the apartment that was dismissed with a towel to wipe the floor. must have not been the first leak since some of the wall had humidity stains.

The person meeting us was in time, kind and available but this unfortunately were the good parts ended.
