Clean and quiet rooms. Initially i booked a single room but the owner was so kind that he mived me to a bigger twin room once it became available without exta cost.

We were on the run for the forest fires in the south-east from Rhodes in the summer of 2023 and we're welcomed with open arms by Takis and his wife when we arrived at this hotel. He even gave us a few bottles of water. We had a lovely night, and when we left even got a handmade present of his wife. We recommend staying with Takis!

The team of the owner of the hotel is wonderful and his wife is a wonderful person. The rooms are very clean. The internet is good. The air conditioning is excellent. The area is very quiet and close to the supermarket. I highly recommend

The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly, hospitable and eager to help in every way. When I arrived Mr Takis offered to take me to the travel office right away as I was looking for ferry tickets to Symi island. There was a supermarket nearby so it was easy to shop a few things and enjoy breakfast on the small veranda. Taxi service was nearby but I enjoyed walking to the bus stop ( about 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace) and taking the bus to the city. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a warm and friendly conversation with Mr Takis and his lovely wife, Mrs Paraskevi. It felt like home and as if I knew them for many years - that's how comfortable I felt there. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Nothing as everything was as expected.

Very nice and friendly and helpfull hosts. Aircon! 15 min walk to beach. Quiet surroudings. Takis helped us a lot with carrental. Even drove us to the rental office. Supermarket across the street and great coffee just 250 m down the street.

We enjoyed our stay.

The WiFi was fast and the kitchenette is a great plus. The beds were also comfortable and the owner is a lovely person. We arrived a bit late and he was waiting for us with cold water and a smile. The beach is 15-20 minutes walking.

Noise could be heard from other apartments but it was ok considering that this is a simple hotel

I stayed here for 2 days and I was positively suprised . It is a 1 star hotel so while it's not luxurious it was everything I hoped for: -Clean and well maintained building/rooms -Free and well working Wifi -Close to the airport but planes do not fly over it. Bonus was : -Kind owners -Nice shower

Some kitchen utensils and cutlery were missing for preparing food, more for those people who would like to cook in apartment. Anyway we asked Taki, so he and his wife borrowed us some.

We really like the peace, away from the town noise, near to the beach (10-15min walk), near to the Airport and Taki and his wife are really kind and understanding.

We stayed at Takis hotel in August 21 for one week 2 adults and two kids. Taki and his wife were very pleasant, and helped us with all arrangements. Hotel in a lovely living area, close to the supermarket and to a nice local Cafe. Big double rooms, with aquiped kitchen, clean towels replaced per request. 5 min drive to the main road and the beach. Recommended

The bed was an experience as you had to climb some steps as it was on a platform and you had to clamber over your partner.

We booked as The Takis as it was near where my partner’s relatives were staying at the same time. As mentioned in other reviews the facilities were a bit dated. However, as they paid about 6x the cost for a similar length stay at their apartments we had no complaints on that score. We had several restaurants very close and a supermarket about 100m away. They had a 20 minute walk to anywhere and nothing as close. Mr and Mrs Takis were very friendly and approachable. There son runs a very good Pizza and Pasta restaurant nearby and we spotted their photo on the wall and mentioned we were staying at the Takis. He offered us a bottle of wine, which we had to decline unfortunately as we were flying that afternoon. We accepted some Cheesecake instead !!

The quaint hotel, is in need of a "2000's" Make over..... very 1970's !!!!!!! eg No Microwave ! Bath would have been great. Summed up, as updated BED (SOFT)..... would be comfier too !

just provided ROOM ONLY.......plenty of cafes/restauraunts nnear by... Especially the Cafe opposite Police Station in City centre. Some nice Restauraunts, particullarly popular "Filleremos" one
