We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNot a real negative, but breakfast was at a cafe down the street (we did not end up eating there).
Wonderful central location. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, organizing us a taxi to Galissas. Room was very spacious and clean. USB charging ports right next to the bed, which was comfy. Nice Apivita toiletries provided in bathroom, as well as robes and slippers. Room had a hairdryer and steamer, and good WiFi.

We had a fantastic stay in Syros Soul Luxury suites for our honeymoon. They upgraded us to a lovely suite with the best view of the square from the balcony. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Ermoupoli. The staff are so helpful and assisted us with things like laundry service and restaurant recommendations, thank you!

GreeceThe hotel was super cozy, they welcomed us with great kindness and warmth. We informed them that we were coming with our pet and they gave us all the comforts for our dog. The room was super spacious, impeccable and cozy. Everything was clean, smelled delicious and attention was provided at all times. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to everything and central. Thank you very much for the hospitality, I recommend it.

SerbiaBeautiful historical building, tastefully renovated inside with amazing rooms! Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff is so kind and friendly. We even got an upgrade for a bigger room, which was so nice. Location is perfect as a base for stay in Syros. Lively atmosphere in the neighborhood, but also great sound isolation on the windows, so our sleep was not disturbed. To me that's a win-win. Beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, in a cute cafe right around the corner. All in all, our experience was amazing, 10/10

Excellent location-right opposite the city council. The staff is very friendly, polite, willing to help and guide you. The building is newly renovated and is decorated in a minimalistic and modern way. The bed is excellent. Breakfast is offered at a nearby cafe which is exactly what you need, simple freshly made and delicious.

AustraliaThis place is amazing!!!! Location is fantastic. Staff are so kind, knowledgeable and considerate. Yes, there is no lift, but you only take your luggage up and down once. Room is stunning. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is at a cafe, less than 100 meters from hotel. Food is so good and service is wonderful. The whole island has a very homely vibe and surrounding restaurants serve incredibly tasty food.

This was our favorite hotel we stayed in while in Greece. The room was decorated very thoughtfully and equipped with all the needed amenities and more: robes, slippers, toothbrushes, a shaving kit, and a hair dryer diffuser for curly hair! We were very impressed with the details. Bed was very comfortable and lots of natural light in the room. Both receptionists were amazing too, greeting us when we arrived and giving us great advice on what to do in the city. The breakfast in the nearby hotel was very nice as well.
