You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandOver the past 20 years I've always stayed in hotel Piraeus. This was my first apartment stay. It might seem a bit unnecessary for a one-night stay, but I'm definitely going to do this more often, and definitely here if possible. Easy to find (but a wee bit of experience in Piraeus a bonus) though the directions are crystal clear. Check-in and key code system easy to understand, but do read the instructions you'll get first. Location equidistant from gate E9 and the marina. Marina good for food at LaMarina as recommended. Big Sklaventis supermarket at the marina, plenty other places for food, everything you need nearby. Cheers Hope to be back.

NetherlandsOnly 2 very minor details, the rest was perfect: "1: _ It was difficult to recognize where the building was at first. the "synpireaus" name was not visible outside. After we called the contact details, a helpfull lady came to explain everything to us, even sending us by WhatsApp the the route 2: _ The already provided coffee ( nespresso) was very nice and a welcoming surprise. We would have liked to have more coffee. "

United KingdomBe aware that this apartment is on the 6th floor and that the building's lift is very small, dated and very warm when it's 36 degrees outside.
We travelled to Piraeus to escape the wildfires descending on Athens. This was a haven and a very comfortable place to stay. Stylish, clean with everything you could need. A great view of the busy-ness of Piraeus from the balcony.

United KingdomIdeal location for the cruise port a short taxi ride away (15 euros). Near the shops and places to eat. Recommendations given by the owners of where to eat and what to do. All information was sent by WhatsApp as we landed, with instructions on how to access the apartment. It was a very clean, newly refurbished bathroom, and the kitchen was functional with everything that you needed. The owner is very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.
