If you're in Athens sightseeing you are going to be a doing a lot of walking, this hotel is SUPERBLY situated for the Acropolis, picturesque parts of Athens, restaurants and shops - everything. It's only a few minutes level walk from Syntagma metro station which is a direct line from the airport. Excellent breakfast choice, both hot food and cold. We were given a free upgrade to an acropolis view room too. We dealt with several different staff at the desk during our stay, all were delightfully friendly and helpful. They have a secure luggage facility if you have a later flight and wish to leave it. Check out time is a helpful 12 noon. We will be returning to Athens and would book this hotel again without hesitation.

First of all locatio!!! Close to everything, metro, shops, Acropolis, Plaka. The building has been restorated in a very eclection way. Rooms are not big but with a very confy bed and pillows. Very clean and last but not least homemade breakfrast. Our stay felt like home.

We stayed with my wife, the ladies who run the hotel were very polite and hospitable, and although we had a limited time, they made us a street-by-street trip plan like a tour guide about what we could do in Athens :) We plan to be their guests again on our next trip to Athens and stay longer. The rooms were a bit too small with very little walking space. It’s perfect for one person but two might be a tight fit. Although considering the location and cost, can’t complain!

Very cozy little nook in a perfect location for sightseeing. A family business run like a homestead. The hosts were wonderful and gracious. We travelled to Thessaloniki and Santorini too but the breakfast served here was the best of the lot with a lot of authentic greek homemade dishes. Value for money.

Breakfast was very good. We highly recommend the french toast. The hotel is in the heart of the Plaka. There are many restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance. We also walked to the Acropolis with no problem. The staff was always helpful.

Everything! Comfortable and clean room. Great shower and toiletries. Lovely breakfast and all very fresh. Excellent marmalade and orange cake! The staff were fabulous- very friendly and helpful with recommendations and booking taxis. Great location, central but quiet. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The bed could have been a little softer. The breakfast was very traditional. We are not a fan of mushrooms so protein options were limited. But really the breakfast was good. And honestly if I would have asked them to make me an egg without mushrooms I am certain they would have.

Felt like family. Great location for shopping and walking to historic places. Beds were a little stiff and the king was two queens pushed together. We are taller people and we were comfortable
