The toaster has a UK plug, with no adapter. I had booked single beds, as I was travelling with my adult daughter, but on arrival there was a double. Luckily my son and his wife were staying close by and had a spare bed for the night, until single beds were available the next day.

The wifi was absolutely terrible, it did not work in our room at all. The lady kept apologising but didn’t actually do anything to fix it, we thought she could have offered for us to change rooms to one with better wifi but instead we had to go and sit outside anytime we needed internet (we stayed for 5 days, so this was very frustrating). Our room also didn’t look like the photos, they make it look much better than it actually is. It had no view, just the back of a courtyard, so it was quite a surprise when we arrived. Also the pool isn’t part of the property, it is next door and has certain opening hours.

The only thing - mosquitoes. Be sure to use the electric device against mosquitoes (it is in the room), it helps.

1. I am very grateful to the wonderful hostess Tamara for taking care of us. As we had a late flight, we had trouble getting to Kassiopi and Tamara was in contact with us all the time, providing support until a quarter past midnight when we arrived. It is very convenient that she is in her office on the 1st floor all day and gives her advice and really warm help in all questions. 2. The room is cleaned every day. Everything is very clean. 3. I liked the design of the room - pristine, I could imagine that I was living in Gerald Durrell's time. 4. Location - incredible - 200 meters away is the central street (and bus station), but the hotel is in a quiet area. 5. Garden around the house. 6. Nice, clean pool next to hotel, but we didn't use it because it only works until 19.00.

Beds like sleeping on a chest of drawers, hard uncomfortable, but apart from that all excellent just maybe could of being 60 euros cheaper to stay because of location up steep hill and quite basic.

Tamara the manager was excellent. she is a lovely lady. She was very helpful and met us off the bus even though it was a very hot day. She was always on hand to assist us . The apartment was very clean and the staff very friendly

WiFi cut off at times in the room but returned on sitting outside the room, and we had our own table and chairs there.

Location was very central, although a hill to climb at one point. I am nearly 70 and it was fine for me. Tamara was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to any needs. Apartment was clean and had all facilities needed, with a rustic charm. Pool excellent beside apartments and food and drink can be bought there. Love Kassiopi.

Stone beaches. Main beach needs some care. Water was wonderful and clean. Though.

Restaurants in resort were very good. Good location for shops. Harbour nice for dinner and drinks.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade, but on the plus side there was plenty of hot water and everything functioned.

Good location and very quiet at night. Tamara was welcoming and always on hand. She was very helpful, especially as regards booking transfers. We particularly appreciated the aircon as we had only been expecting a fan.

The location is perfect very close to the two beaches , beutiful pretty small gifts shops, restaurants and market. The attendance was very kind , beds were very comfortable and the swimming pool was nice for the kids too ( they had a bath before living to continue our trip around the island and they enjoy a lot.

The property didn’t have its own pool as implied in the details. Not a problem really as next doors is so close but you had to purchase from the bar to use it.
