It needs some major modernization in the rooms especially bathroom and flooring

The hotel has nice views and is very close to the beach and waterfront with restaurant. We had breakfast included with had a nice variety and then opted for the buffet dinner when we were there. The staff was very pleasant and overall it was good value for money.

The hotel clearly was grandious at some point. However, the rooms (and especially the bathrooms) need to be renovated, as they seem stuck in the '90s. The breakfast was reaaally good, including the coffee (hotel coffee is usually terrible, but wasn't the case here). It's close to the beach and lots of good restaurants are within walking distance (aprox 5 minutes). Also have parking available and friendly staff.

The room we stayed in on the second floor is in need of refurbishment, in particular the shower. The long corridor carpets on the second floor are overdue for a steam clean as there were many visible stains along it's length.

The area was great for us, close to the beach that was easily accessible. There are restaurants about 400m from the hotel (on the beach) serving fresh seafood. Excellent buffet breakfast, huge variety, replenished regularly. Private beach area with umbrellas & reclining lounges about 100m from the hotel. The area around the swimming pool had plenty of umbrellas & lounges and the pool was well maintained. The staff in every area of the hotel were friendly & helpful. We used the local bus that stops at the front of the hotel to return to Thessaloniki, relatively easy & a good price.

Too much dogs along the road to the Hotel beach, it was not possible to go running in the morning, rent a bike was for free but bikes were old and in a very bad condition and only 3 pcs, we were 6 persons on vacation... it was impossible to go bike for all together ...

sandy beach with clear watter was close to the Hotel apx. 100 m, bus stop 25 m from the Hotel, nice big pool with whirpool, perfect breakfast, dinner.

Rooms were relatively small and rather old (early 90s). The rooms would benefit from a thorough refurbishment. Pillows were OK but bed mattresses were ready for replacement. Lift was almost unusable.

Easy access, parking available for hotel guests. Good breakfast with a very decent variety of food. Pool area also very nice.

Very helpful and attentive staff, from the check-in desk to the pool bar and restaurant at both dinner and breakfast. Appreciated the clarity on what was included with the "All Inclusive" booking and no pressure to try to "upsell" anything that wasn't included.

Smell in the bathroom as there was no ventilation , and the facilities are outdated and some renovation is needed. But besides that everything was good.

This is our third visit to this hotel. The staff, the pool, the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are great. The breakfast is amazing. Generally everything is good but the facilities are a bit outdated.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The area around the hotel is dirt track but fine really.

The pool area was great. Clean and modern. Nice sunbeds. Plenty of staff attending. The pool bar and taverna is very good. The staff are all friendly and Professional.

Wifi was not so good in our room. Probably due to the distance of the router. I suppose that it was better in other rooms. Beach was close to hotel, but it cannot be compared to beaches on Halkidiki and other ones on the south.

Staff was one of the best I experienced. Ready to answer all of your questions, with a smile on their faces. Waiters in the restaurant also very pleasant. Food (breakfast and dinned) was great, you can always find something you like. Comfortable beds, clean room.

Bread wasn't the freshest. The beach is full of sea weed and there's no one taking care of cleanliness of the beach.

Breakfast was really good, there was a variety of food and fresh fruits. Bougatsa was especially delicious. Really good coffee. Beds are comfortable too.

What we didn't like: - the whole hotel needs to be renovated (traces of use, scratches on the walls, dampness and mold in places) - Pool opening and closing time: 11:00 - 19:00 We were in a period when you could still take a bath at 19 o'clock and we had to leave the pool and go to the sea with the child (until around 20-21 o'clock)

Bed was quite firm but that’s just my personal preference.

The hotel is in a lovely location, right by the beach and sea & has views overlooking the bay. It’s small and basic but has everything you need and is clean. The best part is the staff, they are all very friendly & happy to help!
