Everything about summertime villas was perfect. It was a truly unforgettable experience. We felt so welcome by Elena, Dora and Michaela. The recommendations and warmth from the team heightened our experience and made our holiday even more exciting to step into the shoes of a local. All areas were immaculate, the place felt and looked brand new. The attention to detail is impressive and makes summertime villas on par with 5* hotels we have stayed in before. There really is nothing to fault. We’ll definitely be back to stay at this gem again when visiting Kefalonia. We miss it already. Could not recommend highly enough!

WE LOVED EVERYTHING!

Views sensational! Facilities were AMAZING - especially the pool area! The Villa was so clean, so spacious for 2 couples! The amenities were everything we needed! Nothing was overlooked! Host was so friendly, so helpful and so generous! So much food waiting for us upon arrival! We didn't want to leave!

Distance from the nearest city and the inaccuracy of google maps in the middle of the village. However the location is very well flagged in many intersections in the region, not just in the village, so you just have to follow the signs.

We were particularly pleased with the fact that we could check in a little earlier, with the fact that we were warmly welcomed by the host who presented us in detail the facilities of the location, the fact that they greeted us with products for a full breakfast, plus a bottle of wine and plenty of cold water. The kitchen was very well equipped, furnishing and details were to our taste.

Absolutely perfect, modern and spotless clean villa. We stayed in the two bedroom villa. It was perfect for our family with three kids. Lovely pool. Outdoor shower. Perfect little terrace for breakfast in the morning. Nice ocean view and you see Lixouri. Around the corner a nice restaurant with great juicy chicken souvlaki. Also the host and staff were so amazing. Bringing us gifts, giving us tips and so ao helpful. Absolutely recommend it to any family seeking modern comfort at a nice quiet private place.

Summertime Villas is by far the best rental accommodation we have stayed in. Facilities are excellent, clean and of a very high standard. The views are breathtaking and it is such a peaceful place to relax in after a day exploring Kefalonia. Many thanks to Elena and Dora for the great welcome pack of local produce, it was much appreciated. We definitely plan to return and I would highly recommend Summertime Villas for anyone planning to visit the beautiful island of Kefalonia.

We rented the three villas for our big family of 15 and it was an excellent choice. The villas are modernly built, tastefully furnished, equipped with all appliances you could ever need, bath and beach towels, as well as water, breakfast and essential food supplies. The owners and staff were really kind and very accommodating to our needs. The location is great as a remote retreat from the more touristy areas, conveniently located in between Argostoli (20 mins) and Myrtos beach (30 mins).

Nothing, l really cannot express enough what a magical place to stay and the hosts Dora and John were so accommodating and Makela too! I am very particular and l can assure anyone who is thinking of staying at Summertime Villas will most definitely not be disappointed!

Beautiful villa, architect designed in a lovely peaceful location with wonderful views looking out over Lixouri. Exceptionally clean and we felt a warm welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay by the owner and our cleaner. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a great stay with a dishwasher and washing machine. We had a fantastic time at Summertime villas and would definitely like to stay again soon.

Nothing bad to say at all. One top tip would be that you need a car staying here as it’s quite remote, but that’s clear from the write up.

This place is AMAZING, we loved our time here! Very peaceful and relaxing. The villa is high standard throughout with everything you would need. The hosts were brilliant at responding, very kind and even provided some food on the first night when we arrived late, and brought round a delicious birthday cake to celebrate 2 birthdays!

The village which was the villa located had no restaurants or bars. For going out, one should drive out.

The quality of all the fixtures and fittings were exceptional. Very quiet and clean. Dora, Elana’s mum went above and beyond what we expected. Michaela came in every day. She was very friendly and helpful. Such lovely people. A car is an essential as it’s about a 15 minute drive down to Argostoli or Lassi. We loved it.

This is a wonderful property, newly built with exceptional standards and attention to details. The decor of our villa was second to none. The facilities perfect. And our housekeeper, Michaela was amazing. She could have been more lovely and helpful with any of our requests! The WiFi was excellent, unlike previous reviews we had absolutely no problems whatsoever. We will be booking again!

The property is modern, clean with an amazing view, and also with such good people taking care of it an its guests. We enjoyed out staying there and was just perfect for me and my friends. The location is perfect, you won’t hear any car noises or anything that could bother your pool side drink after a long day at the beach but still.. it’s 15 min away off the biggest city on the island, Argostoli.

Perfect Villa for our group, the hosts couldn’t be any more accommodating if they tried. We arrived to a welcome hamper & Dora showed us round. The Villa was exceptionally clean & cleaner came every day. The hosts were responsive & although the location is rural, taxis were easy to get & so was hiring a car. Absolute serene location & we will definitely be back!

Everything perfect, but be prepared that you need a car. There is no shop/restaurant nearby, and it is quite a bit of a drive to Argostoli/beaches.

Best villa during our stay! Everything new, great beds and bathroom. After some days, it felt like coming home and even the bad weather was no problem as the villa is so nice to stay in. Dora and the cleaning lady were very friendly, thank you again for the goodbye present. I loved that the villa was cleaned everyday and that there were free coffee capsules and other things for breakfast during our stay. The best of course is the pool and outdoor area :-) Hope we can come back in the future.
