The hosts were very welcoming and always smiling. The location is walking distance to the port, restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the thermal springs. Cozy, simple and clean room with small kitchen, a balcony with sitting area and possibility to hang clothes to dry.

The plastic separating our terrace from the neighbors was too little, so there isn’t a lot of privacy. Closet smelled like mold a little bit, and some parts in the bathroom could be renewed. Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest in all parts of the room.

It had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, terrace is big, cleaning ladies were coming everyday and did an amazing job, clean sheets, everything was clean and fresh! Location is fine, you have to walk 5-10 minutes to center.

One thing I didn't like is that the matress was too soft for my taste. But again it is just me. My mom didn't mind it at all. Also prepare if you want to spend nights at the balcony because the mosquitoes are super aggressive. Make sure to bring some sort of repelent

We had an issue reaching the island since we missed our last ferry. Antonia was really helpful in the whole process of finding transportation and was in touch with us during our trip. She didn't charge us the first night we missed which was really nice. The hotel itself is a nice family run hotel in a quiet part of Edipsos. It is 10min walk to termal beach and 20ish min walk to Agios Nikolaos. Our room was spacious and airy with huge balcony. It was cleaned daily and sheets were changed regurarly. The breakfast is good with different choices so everyone can find sonething to eat. The staff is really nice and hospitable. One more plus is that there is an elevator!

The room is old, really needs a renovation, no electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room, a little bit far (15 min walking/4 min driving) from the main attraction

Close to the church, which broadcasts the liturgy on a loudspeaker from the tower. It can be boring and last a long time, especially when it is the some church celebrations, or sunday morning liturgy.

I had a room with a nice terrace and a beautiful sea view. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable, the cleaning lady keeps clean every day, she changes the bed linen every other day. The building has an elevator.

Generally all items were very good. For the ammount we paid we were more than satisfied! If we can say something we did not like was that the balconies did not have dividers between them. But this was from the construction.

The staff was very kind and helpful. She explained to us everything about the area but also for all north evoia! The room was big, clean with very nice view to the sea( we booked a sea view room). A comfortable bed and cushions! The area of the hotel is 10 minutes from the center of the village. ( on foot) if you have a car there is free space in front of hotel. we loved it and when we visit the area again we will book the same hotel.

There are some factors, which are out of the host's scope, but you should know: this is one of the one-way streets on the entrance to the city. So, in the night you will hear every car or motorcycle, speeding up towards the city. An adult can hardly fit into the shower cabin. A shower curtain instead of the glass wall could be more helpful to protect the bathroom from spilling around. The toilet flush didn't work well. We were using the bucket. The kettle was not there, but most probably, if we asked for one - we would get it.

The owner and her family was very helpful, very kind and supportive. We have enjoyed the proximity to the sea. Was easy to park, as the building is a bit far away from the center. Nice, spacious balcony. Actually, 2. Rooms cleaning was done every day, which was really helpful. We could also use the washing machine of the host, which I appreciate alot. Air conditioner was working well.

The place is rather old and not well maintained. Moreover, the room was not adequately clean. We asked for additional cleaning and the cleaning lady mentioned that because of some maintenance it got dirty again. The reception area and in general the ground floor is dark as curtains are always closed. The distance from the spa (springs) or the city centre is not short and reachable via walking but requires a car. Moreover, there is a group of elderly persons who stop by every night and talk till midnight which is of great disturbance as guests want to sleep and it is not easy. The view from the 1st floor is nothing special. The internet connection is not reliable as it either stops or in case you wish to make a video call it gets constantly interrupted.

The person at the reception is a polite lady with good manners and willing to answer questions or support. There is a small mini market nearby.
