Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a lovely greeting from the owner on arrival, and was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is about 2 mins walk from the beach, and only a few minutes from the town.

Difficult to find entrance to property.

Great location. We loved the covered balcony to sit on in the evening. Worked great for 3 people and staff was great.

This place biggest advantage is the hospitality you feel from the ever smiling hosts. They really care for their guests and all communication are fast and welcoming. The place is clean and beds are comfortable for a good night sleep with great airconditoning. We really enjoyed our stay with them.

We loved everything.

This property was in an ideal location, just a short walk from the ferry and with direct access to the waterfront. The view was beautiful and the room was really spacious. Such a pretty and picturesque setting and very friendly and helpful hosts too. We hope we can come back again and stay for longer!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Location was a very easy 5 minute walk from ferry port. Host was watching for us and came to meet us on our arrival. Very welcoming, hospitable. Apartment was good size with kitchen and beautiful balcony overlooking the beach, hills and city. Very comfortable stay

We had such a delightful 8-night stay at Nikos Studios 🥰 Nikolaos and Spiridoula were waiting for us when we got there and showed us to our room straight away. The room itself was perfect - it had everything we could have needed and was impeccably clean. The only extra thing I needed was an iron which Spiridoula kindly gave me as soon as I asked. The location was brilliant too: a 5 minute walk from the ferry port and 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Skopelos town. We absolutely loved it here and didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

If your neighbor chooses to keep the AC on the whole day and night (like ours did) you won't be able to enjoy the balcony. It gets very noisy in the balcony as the AC output is situated there.

Everything was great - location close to city, great restaurants just nearby, supermarket walkable distance. Apartment clean.

The curtain of the shower is a bit too small, but it's a minor detail.

The owners are amazingly nice and helpful AND very professional which is not so frequent. The room was very clean, nice and cosy and we had an agreeable view over the bay and the village. The location is perfect : nex to a small beach, a bit away from the agitation of the center and still very coose to all commodities. I will definitely stay here again if i come back to Skopelos. One of the best places I've ever been to!

The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy.

Clean, comfortable room with a nice view. Close enough to town to walk but in a quiet area. Nice host. Full shutters to have a lie in and a nice balcony to sit out. Comfortable beds. Parking at location.

A large sofa was placed under the TV and seemed redundant and out of place. It just took up space and blocked the refrigerator door. The bathroom was really small. For me, though it might not matter to others, the fact that I could not turn the display lights on the AC off was irritating. There was too much light in the room to sleep well.

Basic room with a good sized balcony, enogh amentities and comfortable beds and pillows. The AC worked well and it was close to town and the town beach. Nice and welcoming staff.

Kind hosts. Seafront house. We get apartment with big terrace and full sea view. Accommodation is well equipped, there is everything you need for long stay. Spotless clean, cleaning every day. Parking provided in property yard. Location was perfect for us. Port, Super market , bakery and some nice restaurants are few minutes walk from house.

The balcony was lovely to sit on, the host was so kind and gave dinner and breakfast recommendations. It’s a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle, just a 5 minute walk down the bay, but perfect as it’s a little quieter. Would recommend to others.

One of the best places I have ever been in the Greece. Clean apartment, kind and warm hosts, near the city center and in the peaceful neighbourhood. They changed towels almost every single day. You are not going to see that practise in the hotels unless you are in the 5 star hotel. Bad sheets were also changed every few days. The room is clean and well equiped. It is furnished with a warm touch. The best part of this apartment is the view of the sea coast and city center. I think that we had the luck to book the best apartment in this property. Nicolas family is really nice. His sister and mother welcomed us and made our stay as comfortable. The city center is in a distance of 5-10 minutes. The main bus station and taxi station is 5 minutes away. If you are going to Velanio beach in the summer season my advice is to take a taxi for the return ride. It is a 10 euros ride. Just keep in mind that buses can be crowded in the summer season. Be there 15-20 minutes before departure otherwise you are going to stand the whole time. Right from this property is a city beach. It can be a great break if you don't have the energy to visit beaches on the other side of the island.

Maybe not the best place for younger people.

The location is perfect, facilities were great. Rooms and bathroom always clean. The cleaning staff came every day.
