The pillows on the bed are slim just ask for a bigger one or a 3rd pillow. I prefer a ceiling fan to aircon. There wasn't one but it was beautifully breezy on my visit.

Small attention to detail like supplying and iron and separate beach towel , were very much needed by my 6th day of travelling. I felt safe at Studio Letta as a solo email traveller. At the less expensive end of apartments for such a close location to everything. The main bus to Thira is 1 minute walk . The beaches and dozens of very classy , good looking cafes in Perissa only 2 minutes walk. Perissa and Perivolos have all grown up since my last visit. Resting under the gorgeous rock faces of Santorini, this well priced accomm has a sparkling pool with easy steps and a ladder to the deep end. In need of an early breakfast and cant wait to 10am for the cafes , you can have an extra large omelette , bead, and juice for only 8 euro, which you order the night before. Beautiful breezes through picturesque windows meant no air con needed in my late August stay. The staff were all very lovely and assisted with the ferry transfer a standard 35 euro. Ask for Andreas who also mentioned this is one of the original Studio apartments in Perissa. The place is very nice. Location is also very good. Near to black beach, only 3-4 minutes walking distance. The nearest bus stop to Fira is only 2 minutes away from the hotel. The staffs are very nice. Room was very clean.

Lovely quiet spot a few minutes walk from the stunning beach and stylish cafes and tavernas. Swimming pool was a real bonus, a good size with enough sun loungers. Breakfast was tasty, plentiful and great value. Room was simple but cute and fresh.

This hotel is located at about 300m from the Perissa Black beach. Highly recommended if you want spend some times to enjoy the beach. There is a public bus station at about 150m from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we could ask any questions via WhatsApp and had responses very promptly.

Accommodation Studio Letta is located close to everything - beach, restaurants, promenades, shops, car rental. ...the pool is amazing and clean. Francesca and the other ladies were very friendly and helpful. Their coffee is the best on the island. we recommend this small family hotel for everyone.

excellent structure, very simple and comfortable. Both in terms of structure and proximity to the sea and essential services. Nice swimming pool open and available 12 hours a day. Also excellent for relaxing in the evening with the lights and the effect of the nearby mountain in the dark makes everything very fascinating. Apartment with very nice terrace with hairdryer window overlooking the swimming pool (very nice) the only flaw was the wind which unfortunately does not depend on the structure. I really liked it especially for its simplicity and at the same time it was equipped with everything.

The family-owned studios were perfect for our 3-night stay. Everything you wish for. Fabulous view of Perissa Beach and the beautiful church. The pool was great as the beach was a bit rough because of the wind. Would stay again, highly recommended. They have a fish restaurant on the beach where we had an amazing dinner. The hosts were very helpful in giving us the right info we asked for.

I sadly could not be there with a broken ankle getting off ferry to Santorini. But my family was happy with the place.

The bathroom is small and the shower cap could be renew. Also, the water was salty like in all Santorini I understood. The bed was confortable for my wife, not so ok for me, but with some streching in the morning everything went perfect :) Thank you for everything. We will be back, for sure.

Studio Letta was a good choice because of the short distance to the black sand beach, to the restaurants and to the mini market. We also could park the car right in front of the hotel. The room was big enough, had a nice balcony and the view was mix, to the mountain, to the pool and also to the sea. The street is a one way narrow road, so it wasn't so much traffic and for that reason the nights were nice and quiet.

The water from the sink and shower was salty, which made showering and brushing our teeth unpleasant. We had to buy bottled water to brush our teeth

We stayed in a room on the top floor with a view. We liked that the room was clean and had everything we needed. In the room, we had 2 bath towels, 2 beach towels, 2 small towels, and a blow dryer. There was also a mini fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, and mugs. Our towels were changed for clean ones every day. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced (for both our breakfasts, we paid 14 euros). The location was great because there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance.

A better shower head was the only thing that could have made this stay perfect.

THE POOL!!! It was quiet. This place was not over crowded at all!! Had lots of sun chairs. The covered potio was nice also for food or to get out of the sun. THE OWNERS/STAFF! They were great. Coordinated our transfers (35€ to Fira, oia, airport), they made us breakfast, gave us beach towels, and just very friendly and kind. THE LOCATION! 2 min walk to black beach- where there's shopping (both nice bags & clothing, as well as fun souvenirs & snorkle gear), food-all restaurants had free lounge chairs (for all day use) with a min of 15€ per person order. The mountains that surround it was beautiful & the church with church bells was an amazing landmark. There's also a bus stop that goes to Fira & Oia at the church (2 min walk) THE ROOMS! We had a pool front room with a patio. Full bed with a nook that has a twin bed. The entire room was large with high ceilings and a small table, mini fridge, tea & coffee and a decent size bathroom.

Just as a note - the water from the taps isn't drinkable and seemed a bit brackish, so we couldn't even use it to make hot drinks. But not a major problem, especially as they supplied a complimentary large bottle of water at the start.

Very quiet location, yet close to the bus stop and the centre of Perissa, with lots of restaurants and bars. Good sized rooms. Enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff. We like Perissa - laid back atmosphere and mostly reasonably-priced.

There's really nothing to say! I got more than I bargained for, they even helped me book taxis. The water pipe broke one day and they got it fixed immediately. Cleaned my sheets every day. Was an excellent experience. Loved it

I took a single room as I'm travelling solo. The room had a desk, lamps, little balcony, shower / bathroom, some little amenities, even a kettle and iron. The windows could be opened fully or have little mosquito nets. They really thought of everything. Air con was great, pool was lovely. Letta and her family are amazing, they have affordable coffee and snacks on site and they even treated me to some of their home made treats. Right near the beach in Perissa, could not reccomend this enough considering this was also one of the cheapest rooms I could find. 5 stars all day.
