The best hotel ever!!!!🤩

This part of the review is shorter, for obvious reasons. But there were a few flaws. The first room we got actually smelled quite weird, almost like mold but I’m not sure at all. The other room didn’t smell like that. The food in the restaurants are not typically Greek food. They are focused on giving everyone something to eat, it becomes slightly repetitive too be fair. If you want more Greek food you can just go to the restaurants in Analipsi instead. Some of the sunbeds were placed under trees and got a bit nasty, you could clean them off with your towels but other than that nothing to worry about. For the one week stay you got 2 free dinners at the Mediterra restaurant and 1 free dinner at Philema restaurant. This wasn’t really a problem since you had the main restaurant (loud inside) and you could go out and it in Analipsi.

There is so much to say about this hotel. To start we travelled as a couple and even though it is mainly a family-oriented hotel, it worked perfectly for us! Let’s go in depth for the ones that want to read: FACILITIES: The room we got was fantastic, double room with a balcony and separate toilet and shower. Mini fridge with new beverages almost every day was a nice touch. The pools scattered around the hotel were good, there were separate pools for Stella Village and Stella Palace. One Village pool was separated from the more children-focused ones and was great for us. The bars around were easy to find and use and the drinks and snacks were solid. Restaurants were clean although the main one had seating inside only which made it loud and not too comfortable. The waterpark was also very good, but maybe more for the children (we enjoyed it too :) ) COMFORT Beds and pillows were great, so were the sunbeds, both at the pools and by the beach, which also was a 2 minute walk from our room! LOCATION The hotel is right by the sea, and the beach is more than enough. Nearby is Analipsi, a town with many restaurants that held a super high standard with extremely good service. The service everywhere was really great! Supermarkets are nearby and souvenir shops too. Buses can be found close and the closest car rental was next door, can be recommended since we used it to rent a car for 2 days (50€/day) cheapest was 40€/day. CLEANLINESS The rooms were cleaned daily, the pools were also very clean and so were the restaurants. You could get new towels daily so to stay clean wasn’t a problem at all. VALUE FOR MONEY We booked quite far in advance and paid a good price for 8 nights. All in all I don’t think you could go wrong with the price we paid, the location and the experience we got! STAFF Unreal. 10/10! We first got a room on the ground floor which we thought was a bit unfortunate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beach was just steps away. One of the highlights was the amazing water park, with lots of slides and fun activities for the kids. It kept them entertained all day!

The times for the restaurant openings could be longer

Everything was awesome and I’d love to go back. The facilities and staff were great and the resort was beautiful. Especially loved the waterpark, it was so much fun.

I think the food veriaty can be improved other than that we liked it all. The staff went above and beyond to help with everything we asked.

-hair dryers need to be improved as they are really too slow and no power. - breakfast could be sometimes changed to mediterran breakfast and not everyday English breakfast . A change in the breakfast here could help. -the wood seats and the ground in theater must be cleaned every day as lot of children through mistake let juice or some other liquids fall down.sitting on sticky stuff is not that good. - Latte Machiatto or cappuccino or in general caffe need to be thought about as the cafe is the Greek cafe and not the Italian one which we know . This is sometimes difficult.

- Resort is very clean and you get a feeling as if you in Caribbean. - the late shows , events, magician, acrobatic, children cinema and theater . - always found new food types to eat . -reception , barkeepers, cleaning , animation , service , restaurants Team are all extremely helpful , nice, quick and never rude . -the beach is sand and is great for children and very near . - ala Karte restaurant is special and amazing . - employees are polite and not aggressive and smile on their lips . - the Barkeeper Temo Kipshidze and the reception Emmen are the absolute highlights for me and my family. These two human beings are the biggest plus and the engine of this resort ! Keep taking care of these two! They have lot of potential and work with soul and heart in this job! Bring them foreward . They deserve it!!!

Everything was perfect! It was a great experience staying at this hotel. The food, the drinks ,the room and all the areas were clean! The people working there were ready to fulfil all our needs with smile and positive energy! The facilities also exceeded our expectations! The waterpark was huge and satisfied every age! Totally recommended and we will visit it again and again!!!

Great location with beachfront, pools, bar's,water park, local shops and restaurants. Very varied food for every taste. Excellent value for money. Staff were really friendly and ensured comfortability throughout the stay. It was my son's birthday. They decorated our room, brought us small gifts, and in the evening they organized a chic dinner with a cake and candles, for which they are very grateful

Overall it was great value for money and a lovely experience with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I missed was a coffee to start my morning so if you are like me who gets up early and wants a cup of tea or a cuppa you have to wait till 7.30 untill breakfast as there is no kettle/ hot water in the room available.

Value for money, rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, the all inclusive meals and facilities provided were good, meal options great and staff friendly. There is a shop inside the hotel and also one just outside incase you need anything. A tours travel company is also just outside which is useful as we booked an excursion on the last day to see heraklion market and town. After checkout we could still use the facilties as we had a late afternoon flight. The bar was open from 7.30 am until 11pm so can have your drinks there or take to your room. Meals available from 12.30 to 2.30 and then again from 7.30 pm to about 9.30 pm. Breakfast was open 7.30 to 10 am. There were cakes and biscuits available after 12pm although we didn't use as very close to lunch time. There is a mini fridge in the room which is topped up by soft drinks daily or you could buy something and keep in the fridge and keep your water bottles there so you have chilled water and drinks always available. If you download the hotel app which I found useful as it gives you the times of the shows in the resort and activities so you can plan your day and week.

There really was nothing that could be improved. Stella Village provides a great place to stay for their guests.

The service received at Stella Village was excellent. The facilities were exceptional and I can honestly say it was faultless. The staff were kind, friendly, professional and did all they could to ensure a great holiday. The rooms were clean, the food was good quality, the grounds were well kept, the entertainment was brilliant for families and the cocktails were delicious.

Nothing , all of it was spot on

Could not fault it. Solid resort. Good facilities , good quality food in the buffets. Good coctails, clean everywhere , literally people constantly cleaning everywhere. Waterpark was just the right size. Right on the sandy beach with a few bars /restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Just perfect! Everything was so professional! The service staff, all of them, know what they are doing. Receptionists, lifeguard, housekeepers, bar tenders, waiters. Sorry if forgot anyone. Top level Bravo.

Everything was perfect indeed. I would like to say THANK YOU for the most friendly staff I have ever encountered during my frequent travels worldwide. Special thanks to IMANE who has been very cooperative, friendly, helping, and professional. She, and her husband Adel, are extremely nice team members to have met. I salute their positive attitude and guidance (excursions and tours). I would definetly return back someday with my larger family members on board.
