Everything. This hotel is fabulous and there was not even one thing that we disliked. Kids club and aqualand exceeded our expectations, food was amazing and I appreciate hige variety of meals.

Second time there even better than the first.The place is ideal for families and facilities are new and well maintained.the personnel is always there for you whatever you ask them .the food is absolutely great and variety is also a plus .keep up the good work and hopefully see you soon again .

I'd love to say nothing BUT unfortunately the mattresses on the beds were awfully hard and lumpy and I'm usually not too picky. Since we pay a lot to actually sleep there, I'd respectfully recommend to managers to consider investing in additional pillow tops to soften the blow of the awful mattresses. One other thing - the specialty non-buffet restaurant that we were allowed to use for 1 meal was NOT very appetising. Disappointed as there's so much potential - just not good food. Next time, we'd stick with the buffet. Also, our safe was broken. I would return but huge bonus if you can fix the bed discomfort.

American family of 4 staying for 5 nights, mid June. Close proximity to Heraklion. Cheaper to rent a car for 6 days than get a taxi or shuttle (€45 each way). Very nice hotel complex with friendly staff. We may have received an upgrade - I was only expecting 1 bathroom but we got 2 as well as a nice sea view. CLEAN and well set up for a family. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be serving and interacting with guests, which was refreshing. Thank you STAFF! Most of what you need for vacation. Kettle, fridge, drying rack, ample storage, private balcony. Good choice in the buffet and quality food. 2 buffet style restaurants, which was nice. We liked the many pools for all ages and it wasn't too difficult to find at least 2 sunbeds at any time of the day. Drinks -including alcoholic and food had a good variety. Kids loved the all day ice cream bar. AMAZING and huge water park- good for every age. Not overcrowded and no queuing for slides. Enjoyed 2 full days there - SO much fun! My teenager became sick with bronchitis and thankfully we strolled up to the on site doctor office to get diagnosed and within hours, the local pharmacy delivered much needed antibiotics right to reception - and very affordable. Didn't get the doctor bill yet though. Beautiful sunsets right out front next to a small-ish beach area. We all ENJOYED and would recommend and return.

I found the food options to be lacking in variety. Specifically, the Mediterranean restaurant had limited choices and did not feature much local cuisine. Expanding the menu to include more diverse and authentic dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience.

The property's location on the shore made it quick and easy to walk to the beach, which was a highlight of my stay. The water park facilities were excellent, not overcrowded, and offered a good variety of activities. Additionally, the room had a balcony that was delightful to use both during the day and in the evening once it cooled down.

It would have been nice to be able to use all pools that belongs to the different Stella hotels (Village & Palace).

It is very close to the beach that belongs to the hotel. The food is much better than average for a all inclusive hotel and the drinks really exceeded our expectations with super nice bartenders (Maria, Luis and more)

Our room was a bit smaller than we were expecting, but they kindly changed it to a slightly larger room. The mattress was uncomfortable, and again they assisted in providing a mattress topper which made sone difference. If you have a small child then this resort is unbeatable, the facilities are amazing. No shortage of things for kids to do. Food was satisfactory, but if you want a slap up meal i'd recommend taking a walk out of the hotel to the many restaurants on the front coastal road. All in all, a lovely holiday and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

It was May but all of the pools were a bit cold, especially for young children. The food on offer at the buffets could have been a bit more exciting/varied.

Really clean rooms and communal areas, plenty of bars/restaurants so you were never really waiting to be served, entertainment was great, the property was really beautiful and we enjoyed the private beach access too.

There is really not much to say. Only things- door lock could be added from the inside, so that small kids can not open the doors by themselfs. House for kids - more free time options, my kid could not enjoy time there because it was the same time as her nap time and luch.

Sometimes the quality or choice of food. However they were catering for families so completely understand.

The service and the staff were just amazing! The property itself is big and I’m glad we travelled off season as I think it could get very busy and noisy. The 2 buffet style restaurants were great and having the option to eat in one of the other resort restaurants one of the evenings was a great change as it offered more local dishes.

Only 1 issue: There were power outages due to rainy days and there is no hot water during the hours that everyone probably goes to shower, but in the morning or from 8 p.m. therr was hot water..

Nothing: everything was perfect!

The facilities are great! For instance there's lot's of swimming pools with different depths. The one we used the most was the 40 cm one, with slides for babies and toddlers, but there is even a water park with long and high slides for older children. The kids club take children from 4 to 12 years old. Our 5 years girl enjoyed treasure hunt, preparing tsatsiki and fruit souvlaki, playing games, etc. We also enjoyed other activities for kids and adults, such as beach volley, dards, a spa, evening shows etc. You won't get bored. Food is varied, fresh and super tasty. The staff is very friendly, flexible and kind. We had a couple of requests and they accommodated them all.
