It can take some time when waiting for drinks at the bars. I would have also liked more exercise classes throughout the day. There was only one or two each morning and tended to be CrossFit. They were good classes but more variety would be good. The beach wasn’t amazing!

The hotel was just beautiful, just like the pictures! It definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff and service were impeccable, so friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. The food in all restaurants was to a very high standard. The resort was always kept to a high standard. We can’t wait to come back!

Buffet didn’t have a great option of choice at lunch and dinner but there’s loads of restaurants to choose from!

Beautiful hotel! Very modern! Lovely pools! Great food! Good entertainment! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Maria and Florian (bar staff at Cabana) Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

Some staff were very rude. Really put a dampener on our experience. This occurred on several occasions. Buffet breakfast and dinner was average in comparison to a lot of other hotels we’ve stayed at. Very expensive price point for Crete.

The entire resort is amazing- comfortable and large rooms, food is incredible and staff are amazing.

All foods tended to be, look warm, (tepid) and in the fish and steak restaurants quite bland. The house beer was very average, and some of the other cocktails were on the weak side.

Lovely place for 3 days gets boarding after that. Great selection of foods for breakfast and lunch. Pools are all lovely and clean. Tried 3 restaurants, fish, steak, and Asia

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The first time I stayed was with a friend of mine and this second time was with my partner (now fiancé). It was incredible the first time I stayed but it was beyond incredible the second time. We loved every single bit of our holiday. My fiancé was shocked at how good the service, the staff, the food, drinks, entertainment etc. Everything was incredible. We can’t wait to come back but also visit the other resort in Santorini!

In the morning at 07:30, all sunbeds are already reserved, even though it says that this is not allowed. This was a bit annoying as you always had to wake up early to be able to get a sunbed.

The service is excellent, very good food in all 6 restaurants, lots of choice for food.

It was so relaxing and a great way for us to celebrate our honeymoon! The customer service was amazing and we had everything we needed. It was absolutely perfect and we will be returning.

No faults just wish later checkout was available as we wanted our room for a couple of extra hours before leaving. Understandably the hotel is booked up and had guests arriving so wasn’t available.

Hotel food and staff are all amazing. Would like to especially thank Eleni who is fabulous at her job, made us feel so welcome upon arrival and made us feel at home. Couldn’t find a fault with anything!! Definitely visiting again :)!!!

You might think this is too expensive, but bealive me, it is worth every penny! There are no words to describe this place! EVERYTHING was just perfect. The room, the food, the pool, the service. I used to go to vacation a lot and always try to select some special place, but this time it was several levels better! Special thanks to Marina, who was in touch with us and answered every request.
