IsraelThe resort is stylishly designed with light colors, including blue, brown, and white. It’s the perfect size—not too big and not too small. You can walk anywhere in just a few minutes. There are several large pools, amazing bars, and a fun, friendly staff. The evening shows are delightful for adults and can certainly spark romance between couples. The food options are varied. If you enjoy Israeli cuisine, I highly recommend dining at La Parilla for both lunch and dinner. Make sure to download the Stella app to view the menu and book a reservation as soon as you arrive. Opt for the all-inclusive package, especially if you plan to spend the entire day at the hotel. It includes a variety of alcoholic beverages, brunch, dinner, and plenty of other options. If you're traveling in October, pack a jacket, as the nights can get chilly. You can still enjoy swimming during the day if the sun is shining and even get a nice tan. ***If you travel there, please, please get me the recipe for the "Por Star Martini." It’s the best cocktail I’ve ever tasted! My Instagram is noharbatit. 🙏🏼😅 I forgot to ask the bartender.*** Enjoy!

United StatesMy only real complaint is value for money. While Stella Island was amazing, I felt it was still way too expensive for the offering and the fact that Crete is a quite affordable destination even for luxury offerings. Also, they have a more limited all-inclusive offering than I've run into...I was only allowed an appetizer, main, and dessert, where at other luxury all-inclusives I've been able to order whatever I want. Overall I'd have happily paid $800-900 a night (I was there mid-October, so not high season either), but $1,700 felt way too high.
Stella Island is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I could sadly only stay one night (from a 3pm check-in til 11a the next day), but they let me use the resort facilities until 6pm after I checked out so I could soak in the sun a bit more. Marina welcomed me warmly and gave me lots of great advice. I was in #50, toward the end of the resort...there are pros and cons to this location. You have a view of the sea as well, and you get more wind (which is probably great in the summer, but made it a bit chilly in mid-October). Be aware that there's not much privacy on those delightful patios...some of the ones closer to reception have a bit more distance from others, so more privacy (if this is important to you, note it when booking). The food and drinks were delicious, the service was amazing. My room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The staff was absolutely amazing, we loved everyone at Makuti Bar, our favorite bar to visit. Marianna is an amazing Hospitality expert! All in all we had a 10/10 experience and will recommend the resort to everyone we know!

United KingdomIt can take some time when waiting for drinks at the bars. I would have also liked more exercise classes throughout the day. There was only one or two each morning and tended to be CrossFit. They were good classes but more variety would be good. The beach wasn’t amazing!

United KingdomThis is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The first time I stayed was with a friend of mine and this second time was with my partner (now fiancé). It was incredible the first time I stayed but it was beyond incredible the second time. We loved every single bit of our holiday. My fiancé was shocked at how good the service, the staff, the food, drinks, entertainment etc. Everything was incredible. We can’t wait to come back but also visit the other resort in Santorini!
