We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Exceptional hotel with phenomenal staff, who were always trying to help with smiley faces. Pool area and rooms were very clean. Breakfast menu was large enough. Location was walking distance to Naousa center. I absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay next year again.

United KingdomI thought they could have provided more breakfast options outside of the buffet and the accommodation was very expensive, but likely a result of high season.
A beautiful small boutique hotel - the photos don’t do it justice. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, the room with sea view balcony was amazing. The staff were fantastic - from organising taxis, quad bike hire to offering up their recommendations around the island and checking in to make sure we were having a good time.

The location was perfect being a few steps from the beach and not in the heart of everything but a quick 10 min walk into the main shops area! The pool was great, loungers super comfy and staff were always attentive! The breakfast was also really good and so many options.

It’s small and very family oriented, quite and with close proximity to beach and Naoussa restaurant scene Hotel has a small team of people to run it but they are excellent at customer Service. Nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile on their face. So good at what they do from the front desk to those that service the rooms. Thank you for making us feel so at home. Big thanks to Stelios . There is nothing this man can’t do !

AustraliaWe had a fantastic three night stay at Stelia Mare Boutique Hotel. Our suite was exactly what we needed, with a balcony with a beautiful view over the pool and back to a beautiful bay. It is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Naousa, but only 10 mins walk to everything Naousa has to offer (bars, restaurants, shopping, car hire etc.) The pool is beautiful and was so relaxing to sit by and sip on a cocktail/prosecco! It was easy to access amazing beaches via car from the hotel. Breakfast each day was delicious - Stelios was a sensational barista, preparing amazing coffees and arranging for cooked to order greek omelettes and more. All the team were so friendly and helpful, including Vaso, Cassie and Stelios! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Delicious breakfast and great service from the restaurant and bar staff. Good choice of fresh food for lunch and dinner. Refined while simple decor, good music played softly during the day. Good, relaxing atmosphere. Lovely room and sea view.

ItalyThe walk to the city is not the most exciting. Electicity went out in the entire island due to rain and could not use the facilities to the maximum. The staff was very kind and breakfast was still high quality
Amazing place, great breakfast and good facilities. Theres a gym a jacuzzi a steam room and you could get the last 2 privately for you. The pool always looks great and its right in front of your room. The hotel is in front of a nice beach but a bit outside Naoussa, around 10-15 min walk.
