The location was excellent, just on the bustling Monastiraki square! The ancient archaeological sites were all within walking distance and the metro station was just a minute away from the hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty of good tavernas and eateries in the area.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the location was perfect, 1 minute walk from Monastiraki square and the metro was less than a minute walk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only small problem was the air conditioning wasn't cold enough for me and the mini fridge was a but loud at night. Other than that it was great!

Location is close to landmarks minutes of walking. Daytour pick up , meeting point is less than 5 min walking. The room is very clean. Good space, beds are comfortable. We love the markets, nightlife, good restaurant and bars around it.

The restaurant location of the breakfast is not close to the hotel as would usually be the case in many other hotels around the world, which was rather disappointing, as there was a restaurant exactly close by which guests frequently confuse it as being the breakfast spot of St. Bjur, and also soundproofing could be added since a lot of noise could be heard at night from the rooms.

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the main attractions in Athens by walk, making the location very pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, with pretty much all of the amenities one needs, and the staff were friendly.

Noise in the night due to the location. But this is a trade off against the advantages of being in the center.

It is located very near to Monastiraki metro station. About 03 mins walk. Due to this easy access to everything including acropolis, restaurants, shopping...etc. The breakfast was in a nearby restaurant with a set menu. Therefore the options were limited but acceptable. The AC in my room did not work properly and it was really hot. However as soon as I informed the reception, they immediately provided me with an alternate place near by. It didn't cause any inconvenience and the how prompt they acted has to be appreciated

We visited Athens on 21-23 july , the temperature was very high therefore the airconditioner was not efficient enough. Because of the shower design the room can get very humid, there was no venting in shower and toilet.

Suites are in the middle of Town Center and on the top of monastraki metro station. All restaurants and touristic events can be reached between 5-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and arranged brunch cafe was very near (5 min walking) and have 4 good breakfast option.

The hotel staff is OK, I guess in relation to the hotel price and overall status. Unfortunately the luggage room is poor - is basically a storage room for their utilities and other things. They don't mark what is whose and it is always open.

The location of the hotel is great, great starting point for Athens. The room is ok, with what is needed. The rooms are compact, the shower is next door to your bed, the sink is right next to it.

I had a hard fight with airco and her remote control. Either it was on and blowing like there is no tomorrow or it was off. The room temperature although was fine. PS; did not ask for help with this. I had a room facing the street. Bit of traffic noise and so. Not much and no showstopper. You need to go out, around the corner for your breakfast. But I also consider this as a positive thing. Can imagine that after a few days this whole place feels a little small, but you are in the middle of a big city between thousands of people, so maybe not worth mentioning.

Very good location. You are in middle of old city and very close for climb to Akropolis. Metrostation is very near on the right, like 50 metres. The area is quiet busy and overcrowded but go to Psirri square direction, at the back of hotel, for more relaxed atmosphere and cosy bars and restaurants. It is also cheaper. My room had rainshower and good airco. Room was perfect for 2 nights stay. Breakfast in their brunch cafe around the corner. Nice place and you can sit outside. Choose from 3 or 4 different breakfast options here. Hotel Staff is really attentive and nice. They keep an eye on you 24 hours a day.

Upper shower head probably calcified - did not provide a useable spray for bathing and was not fixed during my stay. Nowhere to properly and a bath towel.

Location (right next door to metro and a very nice part of athens if you like to eat out, see the sights. Lots of space in the room, clean, plenty of closet space, a little kitchenette with good coffee and tea supply.

Some noise coming in from the street on the lower floors, but nothing too bad. The entrance to the hotel is a bit odd since you are entering from the terrace of a brunch spot on the ground floor.

The hotel was nice & clean, in an area close to all the amenities and city center. The reception staff members were friendly, my room was very clean & well-equipped, and the breakfast (at a brunch spot nearby) had very good options. You are steps away from the Monastiraki metro station and around a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis entrance.

Unfortunately the room i was given had been smoked in it was really bad, and I thought it would be fine, but really couldn't sleep the smell kept waking me up,it was that bad. The next day the staff were so helpful and changed me to a new room If not for this it would get a 10/10, but they definitely rectified the situation and even said they would have swapped me in the middle of the night. Excellent customer service girls, thank you.

The environment around the hotel was not super. I was a little surprised to find there was no lobby upon entering, but rather a short hallway leading up to a small desk with a receptionist. She was very pleasant, but it all took me by surprise.

Breakfast was off property a short walk away. I was given 3-4 options to choose from, and it was made after ordering. It was quite good. Also there were some great coffee options in the hotel room, as well as a small firdge
