The curtains right over the bed which is weird location as it takes up space in a single bed and you get cold. Also building work started up at 8am

Breakfast 200m from the hotel and a single sweet and savory dish. Therefore very little choice. The room had a city view, not very soundproofed. Street noise all night, too bad.

Poor breakfast with a fix menu (4 menu to choose and only 1 coffe or tea or juice) if you want the second you have to pay! The menu are not combinable but you can choose only 1 of them, not at all a standard for a 4 stars hotel

On the last night staying in the hotel, i went out for dinner. Someone broke into my room and unlocked my suitcase. The code has been reset and changed and one of the zippers was not in locked position. I was staying alone so the rest of the night i felt a bit scary. I think i will not stay here again and will find more known hotel chain.

The staffs are nice. The location is just next to monastiraki metro, very easy to come from and to airport. There is an illy coffee machine with the capsules

We asked for high floor, because the location is on the main street, in spite of that we got room on the second floor, to the back side but one could hear the street noise. In the room there was not enough light, the breakfast was in another location, not so far but inconvenient. The breakfast was poor, 2 bread slices, 2 cheese slices and scrambled egg, the coffee was good

The hotel was great and would have been excellent except for a couple of things - 1. The cleaning services are not the best in the world. In general the room was clean but it seems like the cleaning process was mainly to go through the motions only 2. The breakfast is served in a restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel which is totally fine and the food was excellent but after paying for my stay I did not understand why I had to pay extra for any extra for my breakfast. Even for a second cup of coffee

The best part about the hotel was definitely the staff. They are amazing, super nice and available at a moment's notice for anything you need and always with a smile. I could not have asked for a better location for the hotel for my trip to Athens. A moment walk from the metro from the airport, close to the flea market and up to 20 minutes to all of the sites and best places to go at night

Shower was not leak proof. Water could seep through to the room floor. Breakfast is located a couple of streets away. It's a set menu of 4 options and 1 drink with water. This was fine for us but if you like a buffet then maybe not.

Location was great. You could walk to most of the sites. Plenty of places to eat and right next to a metro which was a direct line to the Airport. Room had all what you needed for a short break. Has it's own mini kitchen with fridge.

Breakfast was good at neighbouring premises but was limited to certain dishes and items. Shower was great but had to be careful as first time we used it water escaped and flooded outside the cabinet.

Shame that breakfast isn't downstairs but rather a short stroll round the corner. However in the case of early checkout they do provide you with breakfast in a box.

The location is really central and easy. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen/coffee was great. Spacious and practical. Nice shower and good brekker.

Didn't really feel like a 4 star. Some of the pics felt a bit deceiving. The cafe area is outside of the hotel. I thought that is where you would have breakfast to be honest. Instead breakfast was at a cafe around the corner.
