We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe had no hot water in the shower, not sure why. We stayed only for one night and did not go ask about it.
Nice, friendly personnel. There's a water cooler in the hall with infinite supply of drinking water. We were even allowed to use it once after leaving the hotel to refill a bottle. Good, central location in the city with the main sites accessible by foot. Free parking on the street in front of the hotel (but can be busy).

NetherlandsThe bathroom was really tiny with the toilet being squashed in behind the door and when you shower, the whole bathroom is wet. Not a dealbreaker though. We never had proper hot water during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and well equipped with the basics. The location is good being close to the beach and within walking distance to the historic centre.

The location of the hotel was very good, the balcony was large enough and the view was very nice, there was air conditioning in the room.It was nice that they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel storage before check-in time, and there are dispensers for hot and cold water in the corridors.

CyprusThe thing that could be better about the hotel is the fact that there is no specific parking place to park your car, only on the side of the streets.
The location of the hotel is very convinient as it is next to Elli beach (2-3 minutes walk) and a reasonable distance from the old town, which is convinient when you do not rent a car or take a taxi from the hotel. Also the hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help.
