some nuances in the bathroom that can be attributed to the end of the season ))

We were on holiday with our family in October. The room we booked was occupied, but the owner Margarita (special respect to her for her friendliness and responsiveness) offered us a better room without any extra charges! The house is right on the beach. It's a pity that we didn't manage to try the local beach, since we were always travelling around the island )). The only thing that some people might not like is the lack of access to the house by car (the car must be left on the street), but this is not a problem. The rooms fully correspond to their description.

The location couldn't be better. The sandy beach is in front of the house. Margarita -the owner - adviced me what should I see on the island, helped me by car renting. The room was very big, the bed is very comfortable.

The perfect location on the beach. Fantastic to hear the sound of gentle waves as we awoke. Margarita was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment had all that we needed. Very peaceful and relaxing location. Highly recommended.

we come here every year, and margarita accepts us like a member of the family, helps us about everything. about the place; just next to beach and very close to good taverns and cafes. (you can even reach from the beach in 1 minute walk) Best place for relaxing, spending time on the beach, and in the middle of other charming places of the island. the flats offer you direct entry to the beach from your door with all the things you need ( sunbeds,umbrella, kayak etc) and it’s very impressive. rooms are also well equipped. be sure that you make your reservation at least 1-2 months ago because it’s so popular at hot season:) see you next time, thank you so much

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Margarita's house, and I can confidently say it is a small slice of paradise. Nestled directly on the beach, the location is nothing short of breathtaking. The convenience of stepping out of the apartment and being just a minute away from cooling off in the crystal-clear water is unparalleled. The terrace, right by the sea, is an absolute highlight – perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning scenery. Margarita, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. Her warm and welcoming nature truly adds to the charm of this wonderful place. In summary, Margarita's house is an oasis of tranquility and beauty.

Location is exceptional, right on the beach. Breakfasts on the terrace by the sea listening to the birds and the sea was a great way to start the day and also moonlit late night drinks before going to bed was relaxing. I spent the days outside traveling on the island. The host is a really kind person. Room was clean and well proportioned.

A bit far from down town Chios, not a problem if you have a vehicle. Occasional gas odours blow in with the sea breeze.

It was so homely, perfect spot right on the beach! Lovely to sleep with the doors open and listen to the sea! Margarita couldn’t have been more helpful, property was exceptionally clean. Not far to walk along beach ti get food and drink.

Lovely apartment - tidy and tastefully decorated, in a gorgeous location on the Aegean seafront. The view from the balcony and beach is beautiful, especially at sunrise over Turkey just on the horizon. As we went in October, it was very tranquil which was exactly what we wanted. If sitting on the balcony on an evening with a glass of wine, listening to the gentle lapping of the waves while the crickets chirp is your thing, then here it is! There is plenty to explore on the island and lots of history. Margarita is the perfect host, a lovely warm lady who was happy to pick us up and drop us back at the airport, and recommended some great places to eat (we ate some amazing food on Chios!). Margarita’s son has a car rental business that allows the perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of this unspoiled gem of an island. Wherever you go, views are stunning. This place, for us, was simply perfect.

Internet connection was slow and sometime just stopped. But it is probably due to the bad infrastructure on the area.

This is a hidden gem indeed. Just by the sea, very quiet place, nothing to disturb the silence other than the sound of the sea waves. Perfectly decorated and sharp clean bathroom, small but very functional kitchenette with all needed equipment, a sofa in the room, nice terrace with tables and chairs, 10 meters away 2 sun beds ready for you. What else one can expect more? On top of that, owner Margaretta is a wonderful lady and helpful for anything you need. She made the restaurant reservations for us, recommended car rental and it was very good

Would be better to have an ac in the room.

The location of the hotel is great. There are only 4/5 studios and you can enjoy the beach which is in front of the hotel privately.
