Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelAfter a memorable visit last year, we knew we had to return to the Spacious Mint Luxury Villa in Agia Pelagia. The villa stands out for its practical luxury. The large living area, paired with a modern kitchen, had everything we needed - from spices to cleaning supplies. The spacious bedrooms boast comfortable beds, and the huge balcony offers impressive views of Agia Pelagia, and has everything you need to relax. What’s especially nice is the range of amenities. Whether it’s soundproofing for a peaceful sleep, streaming on the sofa or in bed for evening relaxation, the fully equipped kitchen, they've thought of it all. The surrounding views of the sea, mountains, and nearby towns are a constant treat. Within the villa complex, the communal pool is refreshing, and the private beach is a serene bonus. For meals, the family-owned pool bar/restaurant delivered quality, from their meals to their service, all at reasonable prices. Simos' hospitality, responsiveness and assistance are unmatched. In short, if you're eyeing a comfortable stay in Crete with great views and top-notch hospitality, Spacious Mint Luxury Villa should be on your list. We've enjoyed it twice and look forward to our next visit.

IsraelFor us not a problem, but you have to have a car when you stay here: to go to a supermarket, to go down to the private beach, pool or hills around the Theseus beach resort :-)
The apartment is new, clean and beautifully decorated. It looks exactely like in the pictures. It has a big kitchen, wasmachine and huge shaded balcony with a nice view. It is located in Theseus Beach resort, which has a quiet communal pool with sunbeds. Cool place for breakfast or lunch, the owner of the restaurant also delivers food to the private beach. All the way down is a small private beach with crystal clear water, the beach is sandy in the season. Simos is a very friendly and communicative host :-) There is a nice bay with bars and restaurants in the village of Agia Pelagia, which is close by. If you look for a place with less tourists you can go to Lagaria beach which is more authentic.

The house is absolutely amazing - immaculately clean, with a very spacious living area and large bedrooms, comfy beds, beautifully decorated and equipped to the T with just about anything you can think of or might need (down to spices in the kitchen and cleaning supplies, extra bed linens and pillows, and an incredible huge balcony overlooking Agia Pelagia). The surroundings are quiet and beautiful with sea and mountain views from every room and the front terrace. It is a private complex, with a big and clean communal swimming pool, a private beach, both with free access for residents and guests. There's also a family-owned pool bar/restaurant - where you can either sit or order a delivery to your unit or to the beach - with great food, desserts, cocktails, good prices and always with a smile. Simos was the perfect host, and came to meet us upon arrival and show us around the house and the complex. He was highly responsive, super helpful and accomodating to our every request. Realizing we needed a car to move around, even to go around the complex - the complex is quite secluded and there are no taxis passing by - he quickly put us in touch with a friend who set us up with a rental, delivered to our door a few hours later (on a Sunday!), and for a good rate. With it, everything was just a few minutes away. Thank you Simos, hope to visit again in the future!

GermanyWe suggest to add a toaster and as I've heard Simos immediately take care about it! Everything else is really good! From the pillow to the kitchen, to the tv - everything high standard!
Simos is a very nice guy and the house is really beautiful and clean. Everything was very easy and not complicated. If we have had a question Simos quickly answered and brings solutions. We are planning to come back as the location is really nice. Only the way to the beach was a little bit different than expected. You have to go down from the top of the mountain and if you don't have a car it might me exhausting. But for us it was perfect!

United StatesComing back at night was difficult because of the no left turn onto the main road from one direction. It creates a mess in maps. The ac was turning itself off at night in one room but Otherwise it was fine.
It’s set up nicely. It’s a beautiful apartment and patio area.
