Nothing to complain about really

The room is compact and comes with everything you need. You can even enjoy the pool - which is a nice bonus. It is always open, and you can chill there whenever you want. It is literally right infront of the Pollania beach so you can enjoy the stay to the fullest. There is even a nice small cocktail bar too. Everyone was so nice and kind. If we come back to Milos, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely white and blue buildings close to the sea shore. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the room is very clean, well-equipped and spacious. We loved to start the day with a coffee on the balcony, and watch the sunset just a few steps away from the property.

Cant fault the hotel!

The property is just perfect. The location is within easy 5 mins walk to the centre, bus stop and the restaurants. The hotel sits in a cape so wherever you go, you are spoilt with the amazing view and places to go for a swim and snorkelling. Ive seen so many fishes. The room is very clean. So lucky to be given the biggest room with a kitchen, balcony with direct access to the pool. And the icing on the cake is the amazing family who owns the property. They are so friendly and helpful in so many levels! Would def come back here again!

Wonderful hotel with friendly hosts, we felt immediately at home. Simple in the best of ways, and great value for money. They have a beautiful terrace and bar just next to the sea. There is even a little beach belonging to the hotel.

Great property with really friendly owners/family who made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was small but clean with a great shower! The bed was super comfy and the room was cleaned everyday. There is a bar across the path that is beside a beautiful swimming area. You can pop over for a beer or coffee. Anna who works in the bar is so lovely! We were lucky to see dolphins and a sea turtle from the bar when we were there! It’s a short 7 mins walk into the main strip of Pollonia. Pollonia is a cute little town with some great restaurants by the water.

Hosts were so welcoming and even completely replaced our AC without us asking during our stay! Such a great place and would definitely recommend. We really liked the location and the room was very comfortable.

Nothing except unfortunately and not the host fault but there were a group of teenagers staying for 2 nights as an organised sports group who were very noisy and disruptive to other guests

It was lovely family run business and they were excellent hosts. I attended with a group friend Sydney that had been booked in this hotel for a swim trek organised week and I booked myself in independently. I got given a great large upstairs room away from noise and crowds that had a table and chairs outdoor area and space to hang washing to dry Loved the location close to town of Milos and close to water beachfront too., For an extra 10 euro I purchased breakfast each day which was excellent selection and quality Minor issues with room that were attended to quickly.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

Location was absolutely perfect! highly recommend staying at Soultana Rooms in Pollonia! The small town vibe was perfect and the rooms were everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property was absolute perfection!

Some of the aspects of the room seemed a bit dated, such as the fixtures along the doors, the bathroom in general and the furniture on the balcony. The hooks to keep the door open were broken on both sides, the bathroom window was broken and couldn't close, the room door would swing open if not fully locked and there were significant cracks in the door which let in some light visible from the bed. The area to dry clothes on the balcony was limited and for the amount of space there was it felt a bit underdone. Although cleaning did happen daily, the bathroom towels were not replaced in 7 days which was a bit disappointing. Bathroom smelt sometimes which I think came from the exposed drain under the floor but can't confirm that. WiFi got a bit sad when there were guests in the adjacent rooms.

The location was really nice and private but near enough to everything. The pool was great and the room was decent sized with a large balcony. The owners were nice and friendly. The value for money is exactly what you can expect and there isn't any exaggeration in the description of the property. I can recommend this place to stay.

I was very happy all round nothing I disliked

The location was ideal, immediately close to the sea, breakfast and bar overlooking the sea. Also an easy walk to town, shops and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom shower jets didn’t work and they tub didn’t drain so we showered in a pool of water.

We enjoyed staying at Soultana because it was in a quite area of Pollonia where most of the hotels are. It was a short distance to the main center/ port/ buses. They had a pool, bar and beach access but it was too windy for us to go but has nice views. We had a very large balcony and wished there were some lounge chairs. It was a bit windy when we went but on our last day it was ok and we were able to enjoy all.

The staff were nice and helpful. They helped us booked our ATV even though it was last minute. The location is great too, across from your room is the beach. 5 minutes walk to the town.
