The host (Maria) was very friendly, she also gave us some good advices where to go and what to see. The location is in a beautiful pine forest and very close to some of the best beaches on the island. There are supermarkets and restaurants you can reach in a couple of minutes by foot. There is also a playground in the garden which the kids really enjoyed. I highly recommend this place!

Well equipped and nicely decorated studio (shutters, moskito net on all windows, bath with shower, kitchenette) with nice terrace located 10 to 30 minutes away from several beaches. Good restaurants and tavernas within walking distance. Maria is a very nice and helpful host who gave us lots of useful advice. We really felt welcome and would happily come back.

Very good location, quiet area in the middle of the nature reserve, an oasis of peace and relaxation. Cleanliness, towels and linen are changed every 3 days. The host, Maria, is very kind and welcoming. There is also a washing machine where we could wash our towels. I recommend!

Just be aware that the closest beach isn’t the best as it is super crowded.

Quiet location, very peaceful in a forest. 10 minute walk to a fabulous beach and close to a supermarket and bars and restaurants. Also nice walks to other beaches in the area. Excellent bus service running from the resort to Skiathos town every 15 minutes. The host Maria was excellent, giving us lots of information about the area and the goundsman and housekeeper who lived in one of the apartments were very friendly.

Television a bit limited but then I suppose you don’t go on holiday to watch television. Often didn’t have any signal on the digital tv. And quite remote but at the same time that was a nice thing .

The only thing was that the shower didn't work properly. The little window is not stable.

The accomodation was very spacious, cosy and clean. There is beautiful terrasse with tables and chairs and two sofa where you can relax after the beach. There are enough cupboards to leave your things; the safe case where to lock you documents and money. The kitchen has good equipment, toaster. There is an air conditioner. The towels were changed. The host warn us that the water is not drinkable.

The net door was difficullt to open/close. The fridge is too noisy. The distance to the beach and to the nearest bus station is quite long when you have enough luggage and the temp.is over 30 degrees..

Almost everything was perfect. The staff is very kind! The rooms are in shadow and even in hot weather the room temp. is ok without air cond. There is a free laundry room, also a big plus. The bed is big and comfortable.

Hotel is located 7-10 minutes walking to Koukounaries beach, in a very quiet location. There are trees and greenery all around.The whole property is very green, very well taken care of. Our apartment had a lot of cute details. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Maria is a great host! She provided us information about the island and was very nice and kind.

We had excellent communication with the property manager. We are allowed an early check-in free of charge since our ferry arrived early in the port. Our host was there to welcome us in the apartment that was clean and ready. The place that includes couple of apartments is located in the quiet wooded area close to Koukounaries beach. We had 15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a nice yard next to apartment that our kids loved to play in. There are couple of different restaurants in the vicinity as well as two markets where we were buying groceries and fruits.

A quiet place, very well located 20 min for skiathos city-centrer Wonderful appartement, decorated with taste, smartly equiped with all you can need.. Nothing, it was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving the property when our holiday ended and having to say goodbye to Maria & the lovely staff.

The property was perfect in every way imaginable. Lovely, clean, airy, light & cool. The location was perfect & private, and only a few minutes walk from a lovely taverna, a supermarket, and the beautiful beach. Bus stop 23 was only a 5 minute walk, so we could easily hop on s bus and explore the beautiful island, there was also a beautiful shady walk nearby through woods to Madraki and another 2 beaches. The owner Maria is fantastic and made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, she gave us great information about the island and nothing was too much trouble for her, the staff at the property were amazing, lovely, friendly, kind & efficient, always smiling and helplful and made us feel so welcome. It was a fantastic apartment with great facilities, we will without a shadow of doubt return to this property. It was wonderful.

The apartment was very clean, and spacious, not too far from a supermarket, a few bars and restaurants and bus stop, where you can get the bus to different resorts restaurants and Skiathos town, which is definitely worth a visit. there are a couple of pools nearby that you can use, if you buy drinks there. And it’s a short walk to the beautiful beach. Maria the apartment owner gave us a lovely welcome with lots of recommendations of where to eat, and some interesting information about the island. The apartment has loads of storage, wardrobes and drawers and a list of useful phone numbers including taxis, which comes in handy. There’s free Wi-Fi a washing machine, hair dryer, cooker and a BBQ in the garden. The towels and sheets are changed regularly and they keep you topped up with loo roll. The caretakers are also very helpful. Checkout is at 11am but if you have a later flight there’s a secure room where you can store your cases until you need to leave, So you can enjoy your last day at the beach or pool.

Overall we are very pleased, the only thing that the balcony door was a little bit tricky to close. Otherwise a very affordable place.

The apartment was very nice located in the forest with a lovely garden. There was a play house and the garden was kid friendly. It was a very nice stay for a family, as we also had access to a washing machine which was very convenient. The apartment was big, with two stories and two big beds, nicely decorated. A small simple kitchen and fridge. The hostess was very welcoming, gave a lot of information, she would also reply quickly if we had questions during the stay. The gardener and maid were very nice and welcoming. The maid cleaned every day. It only took us 4-5 minutes to get to the main street. Directly we had access to three restaurants and a friendly supermarket.
