It would be nice if they could have some activities in other languages other than French. In addition, it would be nice if the room bathrooms were getting fresh air. Other than that there was nothing else that we didn't like!

All meals were delicious. It was very easy to reach the beach. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Hotel is very good for family vacation. It is very close to the center which can be reached easily by foot.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is good and the staff is amazing and welcomed us in a warm and Greek way. Special thanks to the hotel workers Athina and Maria who made our stay perfect, opened their hearts for us and fulfilled our every request with a smile. Thank you.

The hotel is very noisy. The street in front carries some traffic but the hotel cannot be blamed for that, and one gets used to it. The main issue to us was the noisy evening/night entertainment, which is right in front of the rooms with sea view. The hotel caters for French all inclusive budget travelers, and the entertainment is tailored to them. Sea view comes at a premium, those are the best rooms, and then having to endure a noisy show that is supposed to stop at 11 pm but easily goes on and also encourages (drunk?) hotel guests to linger around the pool area and shout and quarrel until deep in the night - not our cup of tea. We had seen this comment by other travelers on internet sites and can confirm this issue. The font desk was very understanding but there is only so much the hotel management seems to do about it. During the last days of our stay it was much better and then the intrinsic qualities of the hotel immediately shine through.

Hotel is well located, with a small beach in front (free for hotel guests) and walking distance to the enjoyable small town of Sitia. The hotel is somewhat dated, but this brings a charming patina and the whole concept was well thought of when designed. We only took breakfast there and this was decent. Staff in general is friendly, with especially the cleaning staff being warm and friendly and working very hard. Front desk (reception) also very much up to the task.

Breakfast wasn't the best .

Nice room, very spacious , nice shower, very good maid service , very clean every day. Pool area nice, lovely pool and comfortable sun beds. Hotel convenient for the beach across the road and restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk.

Lovely hotel on the beach of Sitia. We loved the area and enjoyed the hotel pools, great breakfast and loved Sitia as a destination. Defiantly recommend for anyone who's looking for simple, quiet and fun vacation.

Not really 5* hotel, max 4- the beach full of rocks and stones on the sea shore. Be careful of bees, wasps that are very present and often aggressive. Very bad animation, except local greek music band all the animateur only speak in french, show in french..

located near the town, directly on the beach, small but very nice hotel. Food at the buffet is plentiful and varied, rooms and structure very clean and well arranged. Staff very gentle.

During breakfast the only disadvantage, they did not offer cold coffee. The room for 3 people was small. It’s a double room and they just add an extra bed. No ventilation in the bathroom and no window screens.

The room deserves a renovation, there was no plug to charge the cell phone near the bed, and the room was smelly, a smell of moisture.

The rooms had all you would need however the beds were hard and didnt have any of those soft touches. The rooms were basic. The hote catered very well for kids which is great if you have a family with one ones but we traveled as a couple. At night they had entertainment and things for the kids to do which could get a little noisey. ALSO, the pool closed at 19:00. When its 35 degree heat at 20.00 - a pool dip would of been great.

The room was cozy enough. The area was lovely and peaceful and the staff were really excellent. The pool was good and relaxing with nice pool loungers. If you were lucky to get a shaded spot. The beach is literally one minute walk which is great. Beach shoes are recommended. The spa area and service was the highlight of the trip. We had a truly gorgeous view of the ocean.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

It’s a 2hr drive from the airport but on arrival I must say, I found the place to be very clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and friendly. The pool was a bit cold to start with. I persevered and then, it was lovely. We went all inclusive and the food selection was great. There’s grilled meats daily and grilled fish was available but not every day. Our standard room was a good size, we paid for a sea view which we got and our balcony wasn’t overlooked which was lovely. Restaurants and shops are a 5minute walk away.

Rooms are not very five star. Pools are closing early in the evening - at 7:00.

Hotel is very comfortable to spend time with family and kids. Pools are very nice and clean, location is very good because of easy excess to the beach and nearby cafes. Food is tasty, quite good choice. Staff is super helpful and king, always with a smile and ready to help.
