Unable to hang the shower off the wall. The smell of the drains after a rain storm and not enough storage in the room to unpack everything properly and the aircon just didn't seem to work and keep the room cool.

The proximity to the sea is fantastic. For an early morning and late night swim. The staff is flexible and polite. Rooms are clean. The buildings have this 70s style which I liked , some tiles are old but all has this nice Southern vibe. Liked much the location, not too crowded,.grocery shop nearby. Highly recommend the Happy tours fishing experience to book by hotel or directly. The area has some abandoned old villas and bars, gives a special charm

Theese are not a big deal, just want to share our honest opinion. We had bathroom with like a hole in the wall instead of a vindow, which was bad because of mosquitos. The rooms are not spundproof. We could hear every single word from our neighbors😁😁that was funny

The accomodation is perfectly situated. Its like 50 meters from the sea and 15 minutes walk from centre. We rented a quad bike and traveled through the island. Parking is safe and comfy and like 10 meters from the apartments. The staff is the most welcoming ever. Special thanks goes to Leva and Michael (hope i didn’t misspell their names). The most cool duo there could be🤩

The room we got was a bit different from the pictures, as in it looked a little shabby, especially the bathroom. The lady who did the cleaning looked like she hated everyone around and we had quite an unfortunate experience with the lady at the pool bar. We wanted to book a boat trip to Paxos&Antipaxos and she offered us three choices of boats. We picked the most expensive one and on the day of the trip, one hour since our boat departure, we found out that the boat was not even going to Paxos&Antipaxos. We ended up fishing and diving for 5 hours, for 140€. When we told the lady at the bar, she just apologized and told us that she thought the boat trip was to Paxos&Antipaxos. Just that. Which is a poor excuse, for that money.

The room was very small with very little space for clothes etc. The bathroom especially the shower was tiny which made it impossible to keep the floor dry. It needed updating badly. The kitchen was adequate with basic supplies. The beds were not comfortable and springs were sticking into me! Unfortunately it was very noisy all night/ early morning so not suitable for families.

The location was excellent as it was right on a little beach. It was far enough away from the strip and nightlife to be acceptable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very reasonably priced. Evi was always on hand to help and was very prompt with her replies.

Clean, spacious room. Semi decent hairdryer, hangers , kettle, and some other untensils. No, tv, but i never watch while on holiday. Very friendly staff(good looking ;) help offered with suitcases. Pool and sun lounges free of charge ( also some on the beach) clear , shallow sea. Less than 10 min walk from Kavos with lots of bars. I'm not sure about public transport as we had a car. Free parking at the property Breakfast was ok , prices not too high. Overall, i'm satisfied . I would stay there again!

Balcony door lock was broken, but there was some kind of hinge lock made out of something. But over all I didn't found anything to complain about.

In short - its more than I expected for such a price. Reception was very friendly. Place is not far away from Kavos center, but it's better to rent a car - coz you wanna ride all island. All needed utilities inside apartament - shower, small kitchen and balcony, few glasses and plates with forks and knifes. After long day you can relax in a sunbed near the shore. Neighbors are quiet.
