The surrounding areas to the property is surrounded by farm land so just be aware sometime it does smell like cow dung.

The property is beautiful decorated and in a great location, close to the beach, close to the port and close to the airport. Our room was incredible, so beautiful and so comfortable, with plenty of towels, slippers and a gown. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony which I loved. The hot tub we had in our room was amazing. Breakfast each morning was great and had a really good selection, couldn’t have asked for more. To top things off our host Stelios was an incredibly kind man who was super attentive to all our needs and was very helpful as well. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received while staying abroad.

The villa really exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, private, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more and we felt so lucky to come back to it everyday. Also the breakfast was a wonderful surprise, cooked beautifully and we were greeted with a happy Kalimera! every morning. Location is also fabulous located conveniently next to the beautiful and lovely Plaka beach. Thank you so much for having us, so pleased we found Sea & Olives!

The staff were exceptional. Stelios and the team were so friendly and warm and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Migelis and Despoina always made us feel very welcomed. The property & facilities themselves were pristine and modern. The villas were cleaned everyday which made the stay that much better. It always looked immaculate and clean.

This property is just amazing, our room was huge with a hot tub and a lot of luxuries to enjoy our stay. The staff was lovely and super helpful, they have been very warm and made our stay super enjoyable. Breakfast was great and plenty of gluten free options. Also the location is perfect to reach the beach as well as the main town.

Could not fault the property.

Stunning apartment, well designed and new, large outdoor area with shallow and deep pools which were perfect combination, also cleaned daily. Outdoor shower which was great when coming back from the beach. Sea view and lovely sunsets. Well equipped kitchen and regular cleaning so had benefits of apartment but also felt like a hotel with bath robes, fresh towels. 15 minute walk to the beach, not too crowded, great selection of restaurants by the beach, relaxing and not built up.

By far the nicest places we have stayed, apartment was immaculate with lots of room, beautiful pool area, robes and slippers were a nice touch. Stelios arranged a taxi from the port for us and allowed us to check in early and leave late and gave us lots of recommendations for Naxos.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The decor was really nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need for light meals if you want to cook and make snakes.. toastie machine blender ect.. The hot tub was clean and well positioned to watch the sunset. It is in a really nice setting with olive and pomegranate trees there is even goats across the road which you can watch play ect. I have stayed in a lot of resorts and hotels around the world but the kindness and service i received from the owner on my trip was the best i had. A really nice taxi was arranged for us to and from the hotel (mercedes & bmw) we was also sent to a different hotel once we checked out to wait for our boat where we could use the pool and shower there. I have never received this before when a room was not free it goes to show how kind and helpful the owner of this hotel is. A bottle of wine is left in the room when you arrive along with fruit and some juice in the fridge. Its the little touches like this that make a stay. It was cleaned every day by a lovely cleaner with fresh towels daily and fresh bedding every two days. It is a maximum of 10minute walk to Plaka beach and the road isnt that busy as some suggested just stick to the side like you would anywhere. We rented a scooter which was delivered to the hotel but lots of people rented cars. I dont think this is necessary a scooter is fine and easier to park ect. Definitely be back here and definitely recommend to anyone.

If you son don’t have a car you have to walk a bit along a dark road if late in the evening.

Perfect accommodation for a larger family. 3 bedrooms and place to socialize both inside and outside. Nice with your own pool which invites to a nice and relaxing vacation. Pool and apartment were cleaned every day. Nice and luxurious place to enjoy you holiday!

You need a car on Naxos in order to get the best out of the island.

Sea and Olives is perfect in every way - location, amenities, staff. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. We shall go back! I couldn’t fault it.

I would say it was near-perfect; just a few minor things that are not a show-stopper! Bed was just abit soft for my taste, but that's a personal taste and appreciate that all places will not have firm beds. But it was still not too soft - was in between soft & firm. I was still able to have a good nights sleep. I thought the closet space in the bedrooms could have been more; you have little space to unpack - so must leave most of the stuff in the suitcases; but was still manageable. There were mosquitoes in the area so opening windows at night for fresh sea breeze did let in mosquitoes - ended up with mosquito bites but they don't cause malaria - so all ok, just a nuisance (but maybe install mosquito nets on the beds to solve the problem). It's nice to be able to walk to Plaka beach in about 10 mins, but you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk); would be nice to have another route/path to/from the beach without having to deal with cars - especially at night when coming back from dinner at restaurants along the beach. Nothing to do with the property, but just be aware you have to buy your bus tickets at the mini market on Plaka beach before you get on the bus (we didn't know so missed the first bus as we thought you could get tickets on the bus). But bus connections are frequent so not a big deal.

This was by far, the best place we stayed during our trip to Greece that covered Santorini, Naxos & Athens. I would say it was near-perfect and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner (Stelios) was very personable, friendly & helpful. Was cleaned daily, new towels, and bathroom soaps, toilet paper replenished and that was well-appreciated. Place was relatively new and spacious and very well-designed from an Architectural point of view. It was in a quiet area away from the noise on the beach with tourists. The furniture was also very authentic and really made it feel like you are at a coastal resort on holiday. I got some inspiration for my next construction project. Next time we visit Naxos, we'll for sure stay here again. It's well located near the Plaka beach although you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk) to get to beach about 10mins walk. Property grounds well kept and clean. Apartment had a Jacuzzi that I personally didn't try but our teenage daughter tried and loved it. Probably could have used the apartment with the pool instead of Jacuzzi. There was always a nice cool breeze from the ocean. We didn't use the A/C as it was cool enough in the apartment and did not need it. Kitchen had everything needed --we only made breakfast, but there was Olive oil, salt, etc provided. We also found a welcoming bottle of white wine & fruits on arrival. Great restaurants all along Plaka beach and a couple of mini-markets to get basics. Bus connections to Chora along the beach road also made it easier to access the downtown area.

Beautiful villa within walking distance of beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is everything you could hope for. Stelios is a friendly face to meet you when you arrive and provides great local advice on beaches, restaurants, shopping and car hire. Irene and Amanado cannot do enough to help with anything you require inside the villa. We would recommend Sea & Olives very highly.

Absolutely nothing.

From the moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded. Professional staff, stunning quality and spotless accommodation. It’s about a 850 metre walk to the beach which at night could be challenging. So like everyone else staying there, hire a car. That can be arranged at the property.
