The coffee machine was not to my taste but I am hard to please. The ac was ok but struggled slightly.

I liked the staff every single one; friendly and very helpful with local knowledge about taxis, restuants and buses etc. Very generous with their time. We were in Rodos for 3 nights awaiting ferry. It was ideal. Location is very handy for buss station and old town. The old town to my mind is the best thing in Rodos. We accidentally left a watch which they found and returned no problem. The breakfast was more than adequate. NB museli and bacon. Great beds nice and firm. We will deffo use again

We didn't love the frosted bathroom doors as a pair of friends travelling together rather than a couple.

We had a warm welcome from the team at the Hotel Savoy. The hotel is very central in the new town and just 2 minutes away from the airport bus stop. We appreciated the buffet breakfast before our flight.

The mattress was not very good with springs sticking into my back so was not very comfortable.

This was a return visit for us as we had such a great stay a few weeks before. Great location near the Old Town, the ferry ports and the beach etc. Fab large and varied breakfast and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the foyer whilst we sat in the breakfast room until we were ready to leave. The room had a good size balcony and the shower pressure was great and temp hot.

On this occasion, we arrived late off a flight. The "welcome" we had from the night staff (who I did not know), was not great. We booked a superior room, a type I had stayed in before. We were instead given a very basic room. We went downstairs and explained that the room was not superior and was told it was because of a sea view. I asked about if there was a shower curtain, and was told "if I really was a regular" (I am!) then I would know the rooms. I am a regular and this room was really so tired, the bathroom was stained. A very tired room. I love this hotel, the staff but this was the first time I stayed with my husband and I was so embarrassed as I have gone on about how lovely it was over the years. What is lovely about this hotel, is its cheap, cheerful charm, family run, loved it always but this room was expensive and cheerless and so very tired. It was even more tired than we were after staying there.

Stayed at this hotel many times over many years. The day staff always friendly and very lovely as always, looking after us and our luggage too while we wait for the ferry. They also help with the taxi.

Location was great as 10 mins walk to the beach or the old town. Bus stops, tavernas only minutes away. The staff were friendly, chatty and they let us leave our bags there as we were waiting for a late ferry and chill in the dining room. The breakfast was great, variety of hot or cold food, great fresh juice and fruit and nice coffee. Great value for money.
