An absolutely wonderful stay right at Sarakiniko. From our pick up at the port, to the organised ATV for us, and check in we were so happy with how easy everything was. Margarita and Manos are so friendly and welcoming. The room was even better than we imagined. It is so peaceful on this side of the island and also close to everything. Would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel in Milos.

‘Sarakiniko Rooms’ is best accommodation my partner and I ever experienced. It was extremely clean (they clean the room every day, provide fresh towels every day, fresh sheets, replenish all toiletries) AND replenish the snacks such as pastries / jam / orange juice / coffee every day as well, which allows you to have a nice breakfast on the balcony each morning. Margarita is THE best owner & hostess, she took very good care of us from start to the end of our stay. She also gave us lots of tips on where to visit in Milos, which places to eat etc. We loved chatting with her. Manos also took very good care of us. Very friendly. He picked us up from the port, prepped the ATV for us, and he’s available and reachable any time of the day. He also gave us lots of good advice about the island. We are extremely grateful for the warm hospitality, it made our trip so much more memorable. And we will be coming back to ‘Sarakiniko Rooms’ when we are in Milos. Love, Etienne and Sarah

4 nights was not enough to see this special place, and the time just flew by.

Sarakiniko Rooms is a true hidden gem! Its location is ideal—close to major spots but tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area. The rooms are lovely, and the views are breathtaking. Margarita and her family offer unmatched hospitality, helping us plan the perfect itinerary. While having a car is helpful, their son Manos provides an excellent car rental service. If you prefer not to drive, Manos can arrange transfers at great rates. We can't wait to return to Milos, and Sarakiniko Rooms will always be our first choice!

Staying just five days in Sarakinikos rooms😔😔😔

My daughter and I love Margarita and her family. They made us feel at home, always happy and gave us valuable tips. Sitting at night in the Sarakinikos rooms, with Margarita and her husband, reminded us of happy family moments. How to forget the local kittens?🐈🐈‍⬛ The guesthouse is perfect, everything is very clean, new facilities, great mattress, air conditioning working perfectly, 700 meters from Sarakiniko beach, not to mention the sweets, cookies, water, coffees, teas, croissants that awaited us every morning. These great reviews are very true. Important tip: be sure to rent a car to explore the island. Milos is a very large island, with several paradisiacal beaches and historical sites to visit, such as the ancient theater of Milos, statue of Venus de Milo and catacombs of Milos Sarakiniko Rooms also rents cars.

We liked everything, but their location means you’ll likely want a car. Lucky for you, their son Manos is amazing and has his own car rental service. If you don’t want to do that, like we didn’t, Manos can arrange for transfers for you at similar or maybe better rates than local taxi. This is not a negative, just a fact with the location. We did walk into town and it’s totally doable, just takes maybe 40 min.

Everything was perfect and Margarita and Giannis are the best hosts you can expect. The location is very quite with view at the sea and close to famous Sarakiniko. The rooms were spacious & clean with a very nice outside area and a lot of nice small details like some snacks waiting for us in the fridge, magnets to keep the doors open if you wish, extra power plugs etc. Absolutely recommended.

Great location, quiet, amazing rooms, service and hosts!! We had the pleasure of staying here during our Milos adventure and we would definitely come back! Manos picked us up from the port, helped us to rent a car and provided many suggestions for things to do on the island. We met Margarita on our final day and she was so lovely! This is a family business run by people who genuinely care. We will be back next time we visit the island!

Beautiful property with lovely view of Sarakiniko beach. Sarakiniko is just under a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop right outside. The hosts are lovely people. Every day we had lovely breakfast snacks to start our day.

The mattress is on the hard side (which seems to be a Greek preference), so be warned if you prefer a softer one like me!

I usually start my reviews by writing about the property itself, but in this case I have to start by saying what fantastic hosts Margarita and Manos are! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made the stay memorable. The room itself is clean, spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The location is also unbeatable, as this is one of only two or three properties within walking distance to the otherworldly Sarakiniko beach. Finally, there are several friendly kittens roaming around the property for those who like the companionship of our furry friends (although they will not bother you if you don't).

Great great place. The view was astonishing and 100m from famous Sarakiniko beach. The room does not include breakfast but was given and updated each day, regardless. Personel was friendly, and did a great job cleaning the room.

Had a lovely stay here for one night prior to departing milos. The beach is ~ 10 minute walk from sarakiniko and has a beautiful view of the beach from most of the rooms. Room is in great location for visiting this beach and does have a bus stop close by if you wish to viist other parts of the island, although that would be easier with 4 wheeler, scooter, or car. Staff was great/friendly/helpful!

COME AND SEE!!! Margarita and her team are the heart of this wonderful place to stay. Above Sarakiniko Beach with seaview, a comfortable room, no other hotels around you, perfect spot to reach all interesting places on the island, best recommendations from Margarita "where to go" ... will come back with friends! THANK YOU SO MUCH One thing: Being on Milos I strongly recommend a rental car or moto ... otherwise you can't get around as easily.

Great location right next to the stunning and iconic Sarakiniko Beach. Room was very clean, well kept and items were replenished daily. It is run by a lovely family who are very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. All the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every need.

A little bit difficult if you don’t have a car/ATV but there is a bus stop directly outside the property that heads into town if need be.

Echoing what is said in other reviews but couldn’t speak higher of this property. Great location near Sarakiniko beach. Fresh towels, snacks and coffee pods stocked up every day. Margarita and Manos were also incredibly nice and this made the trip even more enjoyable.
