On our second day suddenly a plumber came up and stated that they needed to fix the sink because apparently there was a leak issue, we were not aware of the problem. Sometime after they fixed it,one of them returned again stating that they needed to fix the shower! Again we were not aware of any problem with the shower and we did not raise any alarms regarding the room to management. He told me that he would fix it within 10 mins and he would return immediately with his tools. My wife was planning to go to hot tub before our sceduled tour but we thought it was maybe best to wait for them to finish their work. However one hour passed by they still didnt return. According to concierge they can not call repair people directly because they are not part of hotel group or hotel stuffs but from the third parties who do the repair works. When we checked in to our hotel after our tour we found the shower working just the same as it was before and so we did not understand what was actually fixed. I loved the stay but I think this experience was particularly bad considering the fact that guests come here for relaxation and privacy and they do sometimes require advanced information about repair works and we felt our privacy was somewhat disturbed due to this. Wifi sometimes didn’t work in midnight from 12-3AM and sometimes in the morning between 6-9am. Thankfully I had data roaming so I did not miss my office meetings and briefs.

First the location was perfect, its a bit challenging climbing upwards because there are a number of stairs you need to climb up but the view was worth it. we had an early flight and our concierge Mary arranged the room the for early check in for free which was really nice of her. The room was clean and comfortable, loved the hot tub. Breakfast was tasty and they chanhed menus everyday which was really nice.

Lacked luxury… no mirror in bathroom and no shade or sun beds in outdoor area. Only small umbrella. Providing a few large umbrellas and doing up the top seating area would improve the ambiance

The room is exactly as it is shown in pictures, but NOT the terrace. It has a glass next to the jacuzzi and on the left side, some black bars that are not shown in pictures. It would have been nice to know this before arriving.

The room has an amazing view to caldera. Small, but well equipped. The location is perfect in the center of Oia.

Nothing to dislike, but like all the cliff side properties, you need to able for the steps. It is well worth the effort.

The location of this suite on the cliff side of Oia provides the most amazing views of the Caldera and volcanic islands.The suite is gorgeous, it feels like living in a spacious luxury cave. Our hostess Mary was very helpful, arranged our transport, met us from the taxi with porter to carry the luggage. Our terrace had a private hot tub and sun bed.

Everything was great...no complaints

The property was in excellent location and veey clean. Close to everything. Having breakfast waiting for us every morning on our patio that delivered by Tim & Denis. Our sweet always smiling cleaning lady Marieli did amazing job. Cant thank her enough for the coffee's. We had an amazing host Mary which helped us with our excursions and everything elwe we needed. Recommend the place and give it 5*****

Hygiene Issue: It is more important than anything else; however, the bedsheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases were not changed, and there were different color hairs, small pieces of debris, and boogers on the bedsheet. Attitude: The host or staff blamed us for not checking the cleanliness of the bed when we checked in during the afternoon. As tourists, we didn't have time to inspect every corner of the room before going out for our trip. Fortunately, they sent a cleaner to change the bedsheets and duvet cover for us at night. Regarding the jacuzzi, there was sand on the bottom, small flies, and short hairs inside the water, so we decided not to use it. Facilities: The jacuzzi has a glass fence as protection, but it doesn't exactly match the uploaded photos. The terrace, located upon our room, has a small desk and two chairs for enjoying the view of Caldera. However, there are cactus planted in front of the view, limiting the visibility. I understand it might be for safety reasons to prevent danger of falling.

It is worth the price; it is very reasonable for a small cliff hotel. It also has its own jacuzzi, and the bathroom is well-designed. There is a double bed and a small kitchen, as well as breakfast included.

I liked everything.

The sunset view was like a dream . Mary was amazing ,loved the way she handled everything even our early check in . She was very professional. Room had all the facilities you need and the property is quite close to the marketplace and attractions which is another plus. I would definitely stay here if I come to Santorini next time.
