If I could give this property 11 out of 10 I would! The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. They were always on hand for anything you might need; transfers, restaurant recommendations etc. The rooms were beautiful and the views were out of this world. The pool is a nice size, not too big but still always a nice buzz at it. Try make time for a treatment in the spa. The massage was one of the best I've ever had.

Stunning location with exceptional views. An added bonus is that you can join the Fira to Oia cliff walk from directly outside the hotel. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to assist.

Transfers and taxis are expensive in Santorini. Swimming pool loungers get busy and pool service is slow

We had such a wonderful stay here - the staff were exceptional, the quality of customer service and attention to detail is one of the best hotel experiences I have come across. The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is great value for money with enough variety. It is well situated within a decent walk to Fira and along the coastline walk from Fira to Oia which I would highly recommend doing. Cleanliness was good, the size of the rooms is also good. Overall a truly brilliant stay. Thanks very much!

This was our fourth stay at the Santorini Princess and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The caldera view is spectacular and is the equal or better of any other resort. But the location just outside of Imerovigli gives a feeling of freedom and quiet that is not possible in the Oia, Fira or even Imerovigli. The staff are welcoming and attentive and ready to accommodate all you needs.

Everything. Wonderful hotel with amazing views in ideal location. Breakfast and in general the food in restaurant was excellent. Luxury rooms with many facilities. Cleaning is also excellent. The location is ideal close to Fira and to Oia. Both the manager of the hotel and the hotel staff provide very high level standard services. They are really professionals and they know how to work. Their attitude, their services their willingness to help us were beyond our expectations. I will definitely stay again.

The staff were the most professional, kind and helpful of any hotel that we've ever stayed at. They were always available at the hotel reception, or via phone or Whatsapp for anything that you might need. The hotel offers on-demand transport by their own drivers to anywhere on the island, with very reasonable prices. It was clear this hotel cared about their guest experience, and went above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable trip.

The Santorini Princess exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and when we got to our room it was decorated with candles and flowers, within minutes of arrival we received champagne and cake, a very nice touch! The entire staff were extremely accommodating with suggestions on restaurants and assisting with reservations and all transportation. We did not have a car but it was very easy to arrange pick ups through the hotel. The hotel was immaculate and we had a beautiful room with breathtaking views of the caldera. The hotel was private and very quiet, away from any crowds which was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend the Santorini Princess.

This is more of a Santorini thing but rooms are generally on the smaller side. I’m just comparing to the states which isn’t really fair.

The team was incredible. I have never experienced this level of service before. They cater to everything for you. We felt part of the team and had many wonderful adventures based on their recommendations… catamaran ride, beach visit at 41 and much more. The views from the hotel were exceptional. There drivers are awesome, def use their transport. Breakfast was incredible but in general the food in Santorini is all delicious. The fresh OJ, omelette station and non stop pastry options. I highly recommend it. They left us a gift every evening as souvenirs to take home. Take all their advice, they know what they are doing. Also, this location doesn’t have many stairs to climb.
