Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The friendliness of the owners and the staff. Their willingness to cater to all my needs. The nice gifts waiting for me at my room. The amenities and the cleanliness. The fact that I arrived very late, after the reception was closed, but they sent detailed explanations with photographs on WhatsApp so that I wouldn't have any problem accessing the hotel and my room. The loving way they treated my dog who was welcome at all areas of the hotel!

If it was summer and fully booked, it might be a little loud and the pool would be too small but other than that, the hotel was very clean and very nice. It's also around the corner from the port which is a big plus if that's how you're traveling.

We were met by the host, brought to our room, and he made sure our morning cab was booked to go to the airport. He even helped us change the time for the taxi pickup…we were leaving too early next morning! The room was super clean and the amenities were incredible.

This hotel was so nice peaceful clean and relaxing the staff were the nicest people would help in any way that they could we arrived after a rain storm where all our clothes got wet they dried and folded everything for us hotel was ful so only booked for 1 night but they managed to fit us in for three nights really loved our stay breakfast lovely gym and gorgeous relaxing pool even gave us a Wonderful gift

United StatesThe only comment we had about this hotel was the size of the pool. It was a little small for our liking, and when there were two individuals there it felt a bit crowded.
We loved the overall look and aesthetic of the property and the room. The staff were very friendly and the location was in perfect walking distance to restaurants, bars, and beaches. The complimentary jam, oil, and liquor were delicious. We loved Sandom and cannot wait to come back!
