The bed was not confortable as we asked for a king size bed and we found out that it was 2 single beds close together which was not really confortable.

A bit far, if not for the shuttle, would have been a pain to do back/forth from the beach.

Some of the staff could do better, especially in the reception area. And if the breakfast spread could be improved in terms of choices; it becomes a bit boring if you stay longer than a couple of days.

As a family friendly hotel in Mykonos, the San Marco Hotel gets top marks! The location is perfect - a bit distant from the hustle and bustle and the noise but close enough to Mykonos Town which is a 15 minute bus ride. The hotel offers this service as a complimentary one which is really good - so top marks. And the salt water pool is a bonus. Special shout out to Michel Chrysakis who runs the hotel with empathy and passion to do the best for the guests. And also a big shout out to Vicky from the hotel reservation team who kept in touch with me before arrival to make sure our needs were catered for. And to the big man himself - Mr. Tsakanikas who owns the hotel and is still active in terms of its upkeep and attention to detail. I saw the passion personally and you couldn’t help but get the feeling that the hotel is one of his children :-) Keep up the great work in making San Marco welcoming to one and all.

The hotel is very cute, typical of Greece. Perfect location a little outside the center, spacious room, all-you-can-eat and hearty breakfast. A warm and caring welcome. Little thought to Michael, the manager of the establishment, who was a love with us. An incredible person with the heart on the hand. See you soon in Mykonos :)

Breakfast was very bad compared to 5 star hotel. Also, the staff working in the breakfast service was very bad. I couldn't get hot water and coffee service at breakfast during my stay. While I was trying to do my own service one morning, all the hot water spilled on me and my leg was burned. Service staff never befits this hotel. This was the only issue that bothered me during my stay. I hope the employees will be taught as soon as possible to provide service at the level of the hotel.

Hotel reception was excellent. Especially Evi, As I arrived at the hotel, she gave information about the whole island, the hotel and they helped me rent a car. Also Room cleaning was done well and carefully. Rooms and beds were very good.

Delicious buffet breakfast with something to suit everyone. We found the staff to be really friendly and helpful and they were happy to organise our transfers for us - even keeping across our flight delays to make sure someone still met us at the airport. Great communication and our kids loved the pool!

Other than the swimming pool, not much for kids, table tennis or pool table would have been good.

We were in a junior suite which had a great view with a spacious outside balcony. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, restaurant and room service very good, did not have to wait long for service and staff friendly.. The location is a little outside town but caused no problem

Breakfast was good but no toaster was told it was broken, Extra charge for an omelette is a bit poor you pay for breakfast as part of the the room Everything was price high but that not just the hotel The transfer bus was helpful but had 4/5 broken seats so when it was full people setting in front of you had to try and sit forward otherwise the seat dropped on the person behind

For wheelchair users, the rest of the property was a bit challenging to get around. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable.

Beautiful pool, breakfast, bar and service from the people at reception. Dimitri was our driver and he was wonderful helping us make the most of our time. They put a ramp to our room for easier wheelchair access. The bathroom was very accessible as well. Great experience overall.

A bit dirty, restaurant is overpriced, far way from the city, and the shuttle bus, charged us 30 euros to leave us at the new port, but it was on the way to the city which was free!

Cost of food and drink is overpriced because they have a captive audience, there are no other bars or restaurants within walking distance.

the property is far from everything. every trip was 40-50 euros each way. plus the shuttle only functions every 2 hours. sometimes it was delayed. the breakfast selection never changes! after 5 days it become boring the walls are so thin! we heard our upstairs neighbours walking and moving around. even at 4 am and early in the morning. No minibar and the hotel doesn’t leave complimentary bottles of water so often times became thirsty at night without water! the room didn’t stay dark as the door from the bathroom let in lots of light as soon as the sun came out. hence with the noise and the lights we woke up too early!

Beautifull view and nearby the city of Mykonos. The hotel also offered transfers to the center, included in our stay. Inside the village there were also drivers with minicars. Breakfast was perfect.

The decor in the rooms was a bit outdated. The service was inconsistent. Some of the staff were great but others really didn’t care and were not at all helpful.

The overall resort was lovely, really spacious and the rooms are very big. I had a sea-view suite with an enormous terrace and amazing views. The breakfast buffet was generous and had everything. The shuttle to and from town was also a bonus as the taxis get more expensive every year in Mykonos.

Even though they had a free shuttle service to the port, so only 1 stop. The hotel is far away and it costs €40-50 each way, so be sure to factor that in your costs. I think the hotel should have some snacks (eg. chips, chocolate) to purchase other than room service meals. Mykonos is definitely a place you need to be able to ride a scooter or drive as you can’t walk into town so you have to get a taxi.

Our room had a beautiful view of the water. Lucy at reception was fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful or friendly, book with her the set sail day trip. Dinner at the restaurant (Victoria, hope that was her name) and room service were great. The remaining staff especially breakfast weren’t very happy.
