You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe property boasts a fantastic location, in close proximity to the beach and top-notch restaurants. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the bustling Laganas city center, home to various clubs. The property is impeccably clean and features a delightful pool. The host, a wonderfully hospitable woman, offered us a delicious breakfast at an incredibly reasonable rate. She exudes warmth and humor and even facilitated our taxi booking for our departure to the airport.

Very great apartments. Perfect for traveling with a group. The owner was more than friendly and absolutely polite. We didn’t expect much, but was very surprised how great this accommodation is. In most cases we had the pool for us alone. The breakfast was very delicious.

The property was great! Great location very close to the main street and beach, walking distance. Anastasia the hotel owner is the best! Very friendly and helpful, she really made us feel at home. The facility was very comfortable and the food was great. We loved it and can’t wait to go back there soon!
