Only source of air conditioning is in the bedroom. Older hotel showing its age

Great location to everything! It's definitely an older hotel (think retro 70s furniture) but spotless and well kept.

One light not working in the bathroom. Only a tall lamp in the dining/kitchen area. Badly needed a central ceiling light.

Just something to be aware of: there were two single beds in the living space, which was great, but no air con in there, only in the bedroom.

I was so happy when I turned up and was able to check in to my room early. It really made my life easier that day. The room was great, having a kitchen as well. The bed was comfortable too. This hotel is in such a great location as well.

Great location, close to the beach and to the old town. Comfortable simple apartment cleaned daily. There was always water for guests at the reception.

Unfortunately the reception had some misunderstanding about the period of our stay and check-in time despite all the confirmation and upfront doublecheck e-mails, so we had a short nervous period (at 11pm) when we thought we may need to find an other hotel, but in the end they could manage to find us a free room. So doublecheck mail the day before is a must have with this hotel! Our room looked to a busy shopping street which is also the meeting point of local youngsters, so the noise can be a bit too much in the evenings.

The location of the hotel is very good, literally 5-15 minutes walk from the beach/old town/busy pub area and the central bus station. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Room was good value for money

Nothing really was what we expected. The decor a little dated but spotless clean and Hassle-free stay

Location was superb and the staff are what made the stay Remarkable. Nothing was an Issue and so pleasant and Nice. We paid for a late checkout and the lady at reception booked our taxi and walked us to it which was very nice so highly recommend this place Enough. Air Con worked Well and Kept the room nice and cool :-)

The floor is not that clean, and the hot water pressure is a little bit low.

The street was very noisy. So loud and disturbing noises during the night. The hotel is very next to a chain burger restraunt which I belive it makes the street gathering point of teenagers where they come with their motorcycles never ending loud sppeches and motorcycle engine and egzhaust noises during the night.

The balcony was in the inside place of the hotel over McDonald's as a result the clothes were always wet (there was no sun in this side of the hotel)

The hotel was so close to the city center. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately the pipes in the bathroom were smelling.. And the elevator was quite small that did not fit our stroller (quite a large one).

The location was very convenient. The staff was amazing!! Made us feel like we were at home!

Wonderful location. Right in the middle of everything. Walkable to all major sites. Many restaurants all around. Spacious rooms with decent facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the beaches, bus stations and old town. I was particularly delighted by the quietness at night - actually I had expected more noise at such a central place. Just everything was perfect ... friendly host, all basic equipment available, spacy apartment with nice balcony - really a very pleasant stay!

Perfect central location, near beach, bus station, port, many food markets and fashion stores. Very kind staff. We asked for late check in and they welcomed us at midnight. The whole apartment was kept clean every day, the towels changed and the trash taken out. It really provides good value for money. We had a small problem in the bathroom and they fixed it very fast after we let them know. If the view from the balcony means to someone, just ask for the room looking at the street.

A lot of noise especially during the night (traffic in the below street and Mc Donald's close to, so many people talking, screaming and passing by all the time) Air conditioning only in the bedroom (no air conditioning in the other room where the other two beds are.. So you have to keep the windows open during the night due to the warm temperature). Moreover, it turns off automatically when you exit the room so when you come back after a day off, the room may be very warm inside Very poor equipment in the kitchenette

Excellent self-service apartments in the heart of Rodos town, perfect location, near bus station, Mandraki and Old town. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Many nice restaurants in a walkable distance. Nice view to walking street from balcony.

Maybe not all rooms are like that. Ours was really bad - old and not clean. The electric breaker table has to be switched off to turn off the AC as the remote didn’t work. This solution was recommended by the receptionist. I find that unfomfortable and unsafe.

before i booked i called and asked if i would get the apartment that's on the pictures- the receptionist said yes but when i arrived i got a complete different apartment that i didn't ask for. After speaking to the receptionist i never got an offer to solve this problem, i was being ignored and only noticed the unprofessional behaviour. It's unfair and i want people to know that they may not get what they ask for. but it was clean.

Decent place next to all shops for a very decent price. Would recommend for short stays.
