Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesAfter flying 10 hours from the US, we were too tired to go find dinner. I tried to find someplace local within walking distance or someplace that delivered. We were unsuccessful on both counts. Fortunately, our friend brought us a little food from the restaurant they had walked to in Old Town.
Our host, Tassos, was most gracious and accommodating. He offered help in all manner of travel issues including ground transportation. He was charming and delightful. The room was comfortable and adequate for our purposes. As with my other Booking.com finds, Villa Varnali was an excellent choice for our trip.

The view!!!! The owner was amazing- very friendly and extremely helpful. Good location but out of the old town so the evening festivities do not keep you awake. Tassos helped to make arrangements to rent an atv and to get a ride to the port early in the am.

We spent 3 nights here while visiting Mykonos- great location just outside Mykonos Town, walking distance to old town but just be careful when walking on busy road (only a short distance thankfully). Our room was small but had all we needed- including beach/pool towels which was a great touch. Owner Thasos is super friendly and super chatty - just be aware sometimes his info may not be totally accurate eg bus and boat timings, I wish we had double checked ourselves! Otherwise all great

Accommodation was perfect for a family of 4. Very clean with comfortable beds and a bonus having a kitchenette. Lovely view of the sea from the patio. Pool was great. Easy walking to the hustle and bustle of the cobbled streets in the city but also quiet enough at night. The host, Tazos was fantastic and so helpful.
