On booking.com site i got rate of taxi 15 euro for winter season transfer but owner took 20 euro. Over to that it was not a private transfer. It was shared. Which was not at all acceptable and expected. Big area to improve

Excellent location - close to the bus station and just a short walk into the town centre. Very friendly helpful staff. Pleasant pool area to relax in.

The location was fantastic. My host was very friendly and nothing was a bother. I had breakfast on my terrace each morning and my host took me to the port for my ferry on my departure. Wonderful location fabulous room with a beautiful view.

There was nothing not to like.

The locations was fantastic, very short walk into town but also in a nice quiet spot with a beautiful view. The host was super friendly, accomodating and helpful.

Nothing, Everything was great. I would stay at Villa Varnali again when I visit.

Location was in walking distance to town and restaurants. Very good location. The room was a great size for 2 persons. Plenty storage space and bathroom was large too. Pool was clean and large enough for friends and family.

Breakfast could have been better. It consisted of a couple of slices of cheese, juice, toast, coffee and sweet bread for 8 euros

It was within walking distance of Old Town, had a nice view, the accomadtions and set up of the Villa was excellent. the swimming pool and patio were very inviting. the room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.The host was delightful, accomodating and entertaining.

The location is perfect. On the edge of the old town it is less than 5 minutes easy walk to the bustling centre. But what makes it even better is that in the busiest parts of the day Villa Varnarli with its courtyard setting and beautiful pool is an oasis of peace and tranquillity where you can hide away for a few hours to recover. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and have everything you need. And to top all this, the host (Tasos) is a true master of the art of hospitality; helpful, friendly, always there when you need him but never ever intrusive. He personally made sure we were picked up from the port and delivered to the airport on time (at 4 am). Finally, for anywhere in the Cyclades - let alone Mykonos town - the value for money is exceptional.

Next time I'd like to take accommodation directly on the poolside.

It is an amazing logistic location, just above the crowded town centre and with the bus station nearby (everything at hand in 5-10 min). The quiet pool has a lovely view and an exceptional attentive service overall. The warm and kind staff is ready to welcome you with flexibility on your schedule and is happy to give you precious suggestions.

After flying 10 hours from the US, we were too tired to go find dinner. I tried to find someplace local within walking distance or someplace that delivered. We were unsuccessful on both counts. Fortunately, our friend brought us a little food from the restaurant they had walked to in Old Town.

Our host, Tassos, was most gracious and accommodating. He offered help in all manner of travel issues including ground transportation. He was charming and delightful. The room was comfortable and adequate for our purposes. As with my other Booking.com finds, Villa Varnali was an excellent choice for our trip.

The view!!!! The owner was amazing- very friendly and extremely helpful. Good location but out of the old town so the evening festivities do not keep you awake. Tassos helped to make arrangements to rent an atv and to get a ride to the port early in the am.

The Manager of the property was brilliant. He helped us with a late check in and held our bags until late the next day. He was also letting us know that we could use the pool even though we’d checked out. Very solid recommendation for gyros, too!
