The view from my room was amazing. I was able to enjoy the sunset from my balcony, and it was incredible. The breakfast was good, and the time window to take advantage of breakfast was good. My departure was very early, 4:00am, and the front desk attendant was very attentive even at this time.

I realize we should have asked them to do something about the slightly creaky bed (but it probably didn’t bother us too much)

We won't come back, but only because we never go back to the same place twice. Otherwise, we probably would! We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was cleaned daily, with towels changed every day. The administrator addressed all our requests very quickly. No electricity sockets near the desk in the room? Here’s an extension cord. AC not working? Go to the beach, come back and find it up and running. Forgot the key inside? Here’s the spare key. The room was plain but cozy and clean. Two things made it special: a fantastic balcony view of the sea and the sunset, and cute paintings by Little Rocks on the walls. That said, it was very windy on the 6th floor, so we didn’t feel like spending much time on the balcony enjoying the views. Luckily, the balcony had floor-to-ceiling doors, and we loved to see this view first thing in the morning. By the way, the curtains were thick enough to keep the room dark in the morning and let you sleep in on your vacation. This isn't always the case in hotels. The breakfast was almost the same every morning, but there was enough variety to change things up if you wanted. Bacon or sausages, scrambled eggs or omelette — those were the daily changes, while the rest remained steady. What I really appreciated was the consideration for people with special dietary needs: there was soy milk, lactose-free milk, and gluten-free bread. Oh, and we LOVED the traditional orange pie! The hotel has a small pool, but we hardly ever spent time there. When we checked out, we were given a nice little gift. Overall, we loved the experience and would like to thank everyone at Riviera for their hospitality!

It is really nicely located away from the crowds and in the same time close enough to everything. You can have a good night sleep in quiet without music and people’s noises. Breakfast is pretty good.

The location is perfect right in front of the beach 🏖️ Old town is reachable by a nice walking route. The room is spacious and clean and got cleaned up on daily basis. The staff was very friendly and gave us good bye gifts while checking out

Unfortunately the property is not quite clean, I understand the closeness of the sea makes some fuss, however the previous guests’ bodyhair in the bathroom, the mold “scented” bathwater and the chewed chewing gum in the corner of the room gives room to develop and grow on this area. There is no “do not disturb tag” available.

Staff are nice and kind, supportive, the location is fantastic and the sea view is pretty good, the breakfast had a good variety to start the day.

the room that i had had a great balcony but the balcony did not get the sun at any time of day i did feel the cleaners did not realise the residents were on holiday even though the did a brilliant job but 9 am is a bit early

Great location, about 20 mins walk to the old town and very close to Elli beach. The staff is super nice and helpful especially Elmas! The room is very convenient and the beach view is amazing.

Rooms need to be renovated cause it's quite old, including bathrooms and general amenities in the room. For the short stay and for value for money it's a good hotel.

Air circulation in the bathroom was very weak and needs improvement

Hotel is located perfectly to the city center but in the meantime beachfront and still far from the hustle. View from our room was stunning especially in the sunset that we enjoyed much. But the most important part is the staff, they are very helpful and conduct a nice communication with guests. Especially special thanks to Elmas for her kindness and support. She is very positive and customer centric. I would definitely be back again to this hotel.
