We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FinlandThere was no lamp near the bed, so reading was quite difficult. There was lamp near TV. There was no hanger for the shower so you need to use hand. It was little difficult to use soap by one hand when another hand is holding shower. Breakfast was affordable but I I didn't take it, because variety and quality was not so good.
Location was good and near train station. Staff was very friendly and there was a lots of shop and restaurant in the area. Room was quite nice and you have small fridge in the there.

United Arab EmiratesThe room was quite small, which is disclosed in the description and I was ok with, but the layout of the bathroom is just inconvenient for any plus-sized person. Sitting on the toilet required maneuvering, and this is coming from an average-sized woman, meaning my husband (90kgs) would have difficulty squeezing in.
Great value for money if you need a place reasonably close to the center but don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room as it is quite small. In contrast the balcony was huge and had chairs and a table - my personal highlight!

EstoniaLittle bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Thessaloniki, but when you need an overnight break between two journeys, you will make it even by NOT spending on taxi.
Great place to stay, just next to Thessaloniki railway station, where is also stop for some intercity buses. Good for overnight stay. 25/7 shop in the same building where you can get snacks and drinks. 3 minutes walk from train station (where also some intercity buses stop).

It was a great hotel visit. Exactly what we expected of a 2-star hotel. The Wi-Fi of the hotel was also very quick. The Train Station is very close.

I always stay at Hotel Rex when I'm in Thessaloniki. I like it's proximity to the train station and I find it a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of good places to eat and drink a short walk away.

GreeceThe bed could have been comfier, but honestly I got what I paid for. I don't like the whole charade of leaving the key at reception every time but that's standard at most hotels around here that I've noticed.
The staff were amazingly sweet and polite. The location was great; extremely close to the train station and near everything within walking distance. I loved that the hotel was pet friendly without extra charge.
